Umi ga Kikoeru 		7 TV Special 1 With this being one of the most realistic Ghibli titles, devoid of any shocking content and without Miyazaki as its director, it's no surprise the average anime fan rates it quite low. It's a shame when it's one of the better, more moving films I've seen.
