Don't Read, Just Watch - Anime in English
I've been trying to give dubs the time of day lately so I may as well record my findings.
The Good:
Dragon Ball Z - Universally known as one of the better dubs to exist.
Digimon Adventure 01 - Excellent voice acting, hilarious yet cringe worthy humor.
Cowboy Bebop - Great overall, only character that felt out of place for me was Edward because of her quirky noises.
Monster - If you can deal with Johan's dub counterpart then you'll most likely enjoy this masterpiece.
Naruto Shippuuden - Solid minus Hinata.
Durarara!! - Main cast are all voiced splendidly, most delinquents are also voiced very well. Minor issues with the pronunciation of Japanese names and unnecessary honorifics.
Spirited Away - So close to flawless, a few early Yubaba scenes were off putting from a lip synchronization perspective.
Millennium Actress - Amazing dub.
The Neutral:
Bacanno! - Has a reputation as one of the better dubs out there, I personally didn't see the big deal, not a bad dub though.
Medarot - A childhood anime of mine, hilarious corny humor, majority of the voice acting feels appropriate. Issues with a few of the youngest characters having extremely irritating voices. Also avoid if corny cheap humor irritates you.
K-On! - Surprisingly decent, the musical pieces remain in Japanese. Unless sudden switches from English to Japanese irritate you I'd recommend this.
The Bad:
Clannad - Clunky voice acting with a whole bunch of awkward pausing.
Ao no Excorsist - Any scene that involved inflicting pain was extremely off putting.
The Good:
