Summary from animeseason
The Japanese Ministry of Defense has an anti-paranormal special forces group called the Supernatural Disaster Prevention Agency. They're the ones responsible to protect Japanese soil and its people from supernatural and paranormal events. However, things didn't go so well in one of their missions, which leads to intervention by the Ministry of Enviroment's Supernatural Disaster Countermeasures Division after the SDPA has sustained large numbers of casualties battling demons.
Where to start? I have no idea....
This was such a... I don't know... I'm still like crying...
How did a action anime turn into a crying session?? I'm just so moved >.<
THIS WAS SOOOOO SAD! The relationships were just amazing. I was looking for mostly action in this, but it turned out to have a friend/lovers relationship be the main thing here.
Yes there was guns,blood,spirits, and all that stuff. I don't know who ever recommended this as something like bleach, but this was nothing at all like bleach. This was just moving.......

Kagura and Yomi's relationship was just amazing. They were so cute, and you know they just loved each other. I was so upset during the KxY fight. It was all like die! Your a monster since that butterfly guy gave you the death stone type thing. D: And the Father Daughter scene omg soo sad he died. Anyway moving on with KxY just sad. I know people think of them as a Yuri couple, as im not a fan of anything with yuri I think they had such a mother to daughter relationship. I mean Yomi cared so much for Kagura, she would probably sacrifice anything for her.
Many believed Izuna didn't care about her. But i believed he really did. I was so upset when his father was all like you can't marry her now since she can't talk and is a murder. And all that bullshit. He still wanted to be with her... It was so upsetting. </3 When Yomi with in bandages i was all like aww so sad. D:
I just wanna say this was just sad xD
If your looking for a sad anime, this one is so one for you...
But i have to say I didn't feel like everything was solved in this. The plot was everywhere. And just was ugg. I felt like the first 2 episodes could have been used later. It wasn't bad, but it was still upsetting to know that this was going to happen. I was about to drop it. And also first episode makes you think oh the boy and girl are going to be mains. But they died and your like WTF? And they use them in like 2 episodes, you don't learn anything about them. And also butterfly dude. Why the hell is he like all blah blah you have hatred blah blah and the demon we never learned about. D; And the father i know was an ass but he could have talked to his own daughter more. D:
And white hair girl Mei? i think is just a bleh character. She never got anything that Yomi got so she was jealous? Yea your gonna die first anyway why take all of Yomi stuff you caused her all that bullshit. Bleh so I think Mei was just a bleh character, but other then that she was just SAD.
Anyway at the end I was happy for Kagura, she ended up fight baddies with some guy named Ken. He was just the type she would end up. Im not sure why she gave him her old sword, but either way nice touch. Also loved her hair longer. <3333 Im not into short hair anime girls, my BAD. xD
So much more to write, but I need to get on with the other stuff on my list and study. xD
Anyway, over all I rate this anime a 7/10.
Yes I liked all the characters except Mei. But the storyline was messed up, and I kept looking at the comments that said read the manga.
That is what I think I will do since this was all sooo unclear.

Kousaka Junpei is a second-year high school student who despises cats and has an allergy to them. It just so happens that his high school crush is Mizuno Kaede, a girl who adores cats. One day, while walking home from school, Junpei kicks an empty can and unfortunately beans the local neko-jizou-sama (guardian deity of cats). He finds he can now understand what cats are saying, including his family's own ill-tempered cat, Nyamusasu. However, if he does not reward 100 wishes to cats, he will turn into a cat himself.

Okay. So this anime was really good! I mean over all it's not a masterpiece, but it was so an anime that made you laugh like crazy!
The funniest episodes I had to say were episode 8 and episode 12.
I thought that it was so funny that the cat stole Mizuno's bra! Omg that was soo funny, I had to laugh. But the stupid part was when Kanako and Nagi got all mad and dashed up the stairs, they were beating him up until Haruhiko was like omg i actually did see a cat steal a bra. And they are all like oh a cat a cat... I mean that's pretty ummm out there.. Anyway it was still really funny. I have to go with the manga being better. This wasn't that great compared to how the manga is. Seriously, this was just a funny thing to watch and one of those "oh let's make some money/popularity when the manga only have like 2 vol. out and is unfinished. Sort of like soul eater, but that's a totally different story...
Anyway let me rant about the characters!
Kousaka, Junpei The main.

The main protagonist with a chronic allergy to cats. Living with his mother and sister who loves them does not help at all with his problem. To complicate matters, one day he accidentally destroys the statue of a cat deity, and to compensate for it, he must make use of his new-found ability of communicating with cats to fulfill one hundred requests of help from them, otherwise he will be transformed into one.
Ideas on him....
He was surprisingly a really sweet guy who wasn't perverted at all! It was such a change! He seemed like a guy I would want to date. xD He actually cares a lot about his friends feelings and is really observant like in episode 11 when he goes to the movies with Sumiyoshi, Kanako, he notices on the invite thing to bring a cat thing so you get a free key chain! I was all like AWWWW. In the manga I support KanakoxJunpei, but I liked MizunoxJumpei in this one actually...
And last episode was a WTF moment for me xD All naked, I would be more embarrassed then he was gosh. (ANYWAY WHAT A RANT)

Junpei's classmate and crush who is totally has oblivious feelings for her (though she realizes feelings for him as time passes). Despite loving cats, her family owns four dogs, and thus cats tend to avoid her as she always carries their smell.
All of her family's dogs are military dogs, Bernese, a Lab, Husky and Sheperd.
My ideas on her...
She was an over all cute character. She is not annoying like she is in the manga. She is actually one of my faves in the anime. Surprising yes. Over all she was a nice touch I don't have much to say, lol.

Junpei Kousaka's childhood friend, until a misunderstanding happened over a friendship doll she made for him, leading us to the unique “friendship” they have today.
My thoughts....
Alright in this anime, I think they played her all wrong! I mean come on she's not that annoying! She's cute. I was surprised how little she was put into this, and how annoying they portrayed her! I was upset! It just didn't add up.... Over I still liked her... She wasn't talked about as much, but yes I guess a lot of people don't love her or like her. Anyway that's all i'm gonna rant about her in this lol.
Rest of the supporting characters.....
Okay most of them were really funny like the cats and the twins. I still think the twins are kind of more then a supporting role since they kind of came up a lot. But still I loved the twins. But I totally had a WTF moment when they were fighting the cat spirit and were all we need to seal this guy up. Oh, to magic girl themed. But over all very cute.
Most annoying supporting character was Nagi!
I just couldn't stand her! She'd pop out of nowhere and ruin everything. In the manga i think other wise, but this is based on the anime..
Music 4/10
I HATED THE OPENING SONG! omg! It was like shut up! It was soooooo annoying! But other then that their was not much music.
OVER ALL
I rate this 7/10. I thought it was funny and amusing, but kind of let the plot at, wait what's the plot again? So yes the story line was fine just a little mushed sometimes.....
