Tokyo Ghoul Curiosities
Topic: Kagune
-What is exactly a kagune?
It is when the RC cells, which are stored in the kakuhou are expelled tearing the skin.Ex: Touka's Kagune
-What is kakuhou?
It is a Ghoul's organ, where the RC cells that the Ghoul receives when he/she eat go to and are stored.
Types of Kagune
There are 4 types os Kagune in each type the kakuhou is located in a different part of the body. Types: Ukaku, Koukaku, Rinkaku and Bikaku
Kakuhou location in each type
Ukaku type
In this type, the Kagune looks like wings.
-It is a light Kagune
-Its for fast attacks
-You can fight in both long distance and short distance
Example of a Ukaku type:
Koukaku type
In this type the Kagune has a special metal feature
-Has the most defensive power
-It's very heavy
-Slow Attacks
Example of a Koukaku type:
Rinkaku type
In this type the kagune has a sandy texture and looks like scaly tentacles
-Has a high capacity of regeneration
-Power provided by its unique surface
-It is the most fragile
Example of Rinkaku type:
Bikaku type
In this type the Kagune looks like a tail with a sharp tip
-It is most balanced
-It's the strongest at middle distance
-Attack and defense power are above the normal
-It's fast too
