Choosing my favourite is hard! But i guess if i had to choose it would have to be Koi Suru Boukun.
It was the first manga i got addicted to and i can't even count how many times i've read it. The story is interesting, sexy and LONG! Not only does the drama unfold in a realistic way, the timeline that the story is set over is believable too. With 6 volumes at the moment and it still ongoing i'm sure it will continue to be awesome.
and bonus; it's been licensed in English!
