This series is a love story of girls in their college period, and has a serious and realistic yuri plot. They have been close friends for 17 years and rather codependent each other. The art style falls between josei (ladies) and shoujo (girls). The art skill for characters are good, but the drawings seem rather illustration than manga; thus, color illustrations in ephemeral situation are quite delicate. Actually, I picked up this series because of beautiful illustrations.
Though volume 4 has been released and it's on going currently, you can expect the ending of the story from the very beginning of chapter 1 (as far as unexpected issue arises later). Usually, homosexual love stories in manga go nowhere at the end, this series would be not the case. If you are in the mood to want to be bothered with a fictional love story, give it a try.
notes:- The original English title is "There Is No Love Wishing Upon a Star". But, reading chapter 5, "I don't wish my love upon a star" is correct in my opinion.
