| When I saw the horror tag, I though "how scary can it be?" Then I remembered...I hate anything remotely creepy. Shouldn't have read this before going to bed either. The "no eyes" things was bearable, but that ending...it really does deserve that horror tag. A good place to end it off too. I don't think I'll ever be reading anything from this artist again. So much irony in this story. Even at the end, when he said "This is a dream, I'm still in the hospital"...turns out he right. But with his eyes wide open, it's unknown if he's ever really going to "wake up" from his nightmare, or if he died horrified. |

| 'Wish I knew or had a clearer sense of what that ending may be, but it was quite interesting and horrific near the end which was enjoyable to read. So, I guess due to his choice of never looking into people's eyes, that created a nightmare of people having no eyes while he was in a coma from that beating. I thought it was a legitimate mental disability of trauma from brain damage, but it seems it was only a nightmare... unless somehow people really don't have any eyes in this world he's in and he's about to have his eyes taken out, but I doubt that... Decent 6/10. |
