filter problems

why isnt the seasonal search function used everywhere across the site by default?
when i search using the normal search function i can have more choices to the filter which is good, and actually useful, but it doesnt let you filter out completed, watching, dropped, ECT.
theres also the specific genre search function which doesnt have any of the other filters, but it does let you fulter out completed, watching, ect

just let it be one search design by default that has all the filters and lets you filter out whatever

going through and having to scroll past all the completed is just unnecessary when im searching for anime.
PLEASEEE save me and countless people time in our lives to waste elseware, like watching anime please i want to watch anime
