| Souji better get used to his new life at this school. He's got the powers to make a difference especially after what happened before. His character also reminds me a little of Rin from Blue Exorcist. Seems like an extension of the intro episode that introduced characters such as Kiyomi , ideas, etc. Souji seems to have made up his mind on what to do from now on. |

| A Ryokan academy for exorcists was unexpected. It's freaking cool. Kasubata sure knows how to get on Enishiro's nerves. The dude only apologises when he cuss every time lmao Azaki-sensei is so much fun. All the students from the academy are quirky. Denmi is so cute. Why's she looking like a doll ? Is she just a spirit inhabiting a doll ? They better explain quick about why they freak out over the Blue flames of Enishiro. So the story on Akari's death doesn't end and it's just the beginning. I'm looking forward to the upcoming episodes. Hope they don't disappoint. |

| Very typical action shounen stuff again. Demon blue flame and exorcism, blue exorcist lol. Rin is also voiced by Okamoto Nobuhiko, same as Enishiro. So this is copy pasta on another level. I like the character designs which is the only thing wanting me to continue this but have better things to do. Maybe will read the manga when it's over someday. |

| Ok, I really disliked the way the teacher and that Ksaubata guy provoked Souji about his dead sister. I understand why they did it, but it was really a jerk move, I was rooting for Souji to really win against Kasubata and kick his ass. We got to see some more characters, and I like the designs so far. The girls are pretty cute! |

| Loved the episode, especially the new teacher. Him telling the protagonist he was too weak to provoke him reminded me of Satoru’s famous line to Jogo, haha. I’m quite curious about Akari’s killer, though, as well as the protagonist’s power and the reason behind everyone's fear of it. |

| well i can kinda see how this one is going now. everybody there at that 'school' is some form of twisted, perverted, peculiar weirdo. with some form of hangup or quirk or peculiarity. we'll have to 'learn all about their backstories' along with our MC and get some infodumps on all of them at some point. MC will get challenged and whatnot to 'get stronk' annd we won't get a satisfying conclusion at the end of these 12 episodes 'because anime reasons'. mhm that one guy 'i won't accept!' is gonna be 'the bad teacher' due to once again 'anime reasons'. he'll torture and discriminate and blablabla against our MC, try to get MC killed or expelled or cut off from the 'magic woowoo voodoo blablabla' and so forth. till that 'bad teacher' hurdle is hopped the MC won't get a 'true faceoff' with the bleeding eyes killer thingy that offed his sister. oh and there is probably going to be some form of ranking or levels or blablabla for the students and exorcists and our MC is at the bottom rung of it and will have to climb it with points or awards or achievements or something. if there isn't a tournament or exhibition or competition or regulated fighting system/event i'll be HIGHLY surprised. eh, i dunno... slapping a bunch of netizen buzzwords and phrases and tropes etc. on everything is probably going to bog this show down in trendy ephemera that i don't give a single hoot about. i mean it is... the classic 'onmyoji/exorcists VS demons/monsters/evil spirits' we've seen more than once in anime... just given a 2000's spin. |

| Story and characters are painfully generic and none of them are likeable. Couldn't we for once get something different? Like maybe instead of him joining the school, he rejects them (cause they're arseholes), then tries to learn on his own, and thus the school becomes more of a rival force to his vigilante-esque approach. That'd be a somewhat unique story at least. The only other story I can think of that did something like that is "Major", where the protagonist joined a school that didn't have a baseball club, so he had to build the club from scratch to challenge the elite school's baseball team. Now that was an amazing story, not generic crap like this. |
