| tsubomi is genuinely the only one in this whole story who has actually changed and become a better person per-se. she has realized her wrongs since the hotel incident before, and even now she is recognizing it. like that quote "the dog that weeps after it kills is no better than the dog that doesn't," nothing she says can absolve her past actions, but at the least, i hope it helps them both in their journey to self-actualization. |
| I really like the character development that Tsubomi had throughout the chapters. It’s very different from that of the other characters. Tsubomi becomes aware of her actions and of the bullying she inflicted on Ueno. It’s also nice to see how Ueno no longer holds any resentment toward Tsubomi and treats her like just another friend. I want to keep seeing how the plot of the manga develops C: |
