Interesting idea. I hope they won't go into any war but I only see creators becoming war mongering if their society hungers for imperialistic expansion. I am also assuming you say "killing would be normalized" because Japan produces a lot of pacifist content. Not sure what you mean by normalized though. Do you ask for it to be glorified?

Ooo good question teehee… in my humble opinion I think that killing is already normalized in Japanese Anime/Manga. According to the 21st issue of the Weekly Shonen Jump Magazine, Me and Roboco secondary editor Shohei Otani states that “killing is inherently comedic and shown to be thus through our manga series”. We can see this yet again with the newly cancelled series Ichigoki's under control (my personal favourite manga series) because it is under the genre of Gag-comedy, in which more classically humorous actions are portrayed as every day or “normalized” if you take the kanji of Ichi and Goki and combine them with the proper dialects it reads “kill”.

This clearly proves your point incorrect… hai haiiiii !!!
