| Oh, ok! I don't think they bothered to explain the difference between killing and purifying. They just said that Maka and her mother purify, and I assummed that, since we hadn't see any other Witch Hunter, it was all the same. Thanks, Remus_Lupa. |

| well, who didn't see that coming. it was stupid to have Kid & co. to be standing around watching. Still, it was an intense episode, and much more in line with what I was hoping for compared to that wack castle fight. Shinigami's serious voice is so cool. I'd be shocked if he's really dead though. This show hasn't exactly done a good job letting the "dead" actually die. It's hard pressed for me to see how Maka, Kid and Black Star have any chance against Asura, considering Shinigami wasn't able to do much damage to him. I guess we'll see. I hope Justin Law gets to do some cool stuff though =D |
| epic fail. I don't read manga, but it seems that it's more reasonable than this. they kept up a good pace, and screwed up ending is the last thing I expected from this show. but it seems that Maka anr Soul will be heroes of the day. crap. don't like this ep. |

| asura (quite a good looking guy actually) need to be stop. shinigami is dead. who gonna stop him. maka+soul + black star+tsubaki + kid+liz and patty ? are you kiddin me ?? as far as i can remember, shinigami WAS the most powerful technician. his soul, so large, it covered the entire death city. and he IS dead. i really hope that the producer have some good plan to kill that asura. |

| First he talks nonsense, then he kills Shinigami; then he kills Arachne. Dang. And Kid is barely even reacting. At least we had one last awesome moment from the reaper. And Excalibur was pretty awesome, too. Just calling this over-powered insane demon an idiot, and having the insane demon respect him enough not to kill him. Excalibur's my hero now. (And c'mon guys. Why has no one mentioned Asura firin' his lazor? Is this the internet or not?! ;3 ) |

| Pretty awesome episode. The fighting was amazing. My only problems were that Kishin seemed... really different in this episode from the last fight. He had weird, modern clothes on, and he seemed to calm in his dialogue with Shinigami. Other than that, great episode though. |

| Yay, another episode filled with BS. What the heck was with all the talking? Gab, gab, gab, gab, gab. Shut up and fight. Stop trying to sound deep and smart. And what's with Shinigami suddenly being affected by Asura's attack?. All previous times it left nothing more than a few scratches. But suddenly, when protecting others, it causes serious damage. WTF? *Heeeeeeeeeavy sigh* |

| I hate when they include too much talk in a fight, it gets annoying! I mean, what was it for anyway? I didn't learn anything new from listening to Asura blabber about imagination! I just hope these last episodes are full of a lot of action. |
| When these 2 beats fight, the episode gets a lot of attention to animation and detail. Too bad the mountain of cliches ruined the story already (and I know more are to come...) |

| Too bad Shinigami lost, but if he dies after the other characters have survived things that should've killed them i'm gonna be pissed. He's my favorite character in the show. Asura was locked up 800 years and that was the best speech he could come up with? |
