As in, less characters were off-model less times. Storywise there isn't a whole lot to mention, pure ecchi fanservice and both the episodes have this vibe of being concepts the creator wanted to have in the main series but couldn't figure out a way to make it work. First episode was relatively creative, introducing a VR game with references to SAO, the Game of Life, and Mario Party. It was amusing to see the ecchi be interrupted by random shenanigans. Second episode.. based on Urusei Yatsura, Saw, and something I didn't recognize. That one they pretty much did go all the way on and in turn made it less funny and instead degenerate. Especially the way it ended. Overall "ok/mid" to me. Also what are the odds that both my hi and my lo contain references to Yatsura.... Anime link |
