Watching shit like this makes me want to rewatch others Anime from this time period that I own. Along with eventually watching my dvd collections of "Dokkoida?!", "Scrapped Princess", "Air Master", "Stratos 4", "Kiddy Grade", "Demon Lord Dante", "Tenchi Muyou! GXP", "Full Metal Panic!", "Hellsing 2001", "Najica Blitz Tactics", and even recently finally got my hands on the entire "Cyborg 009: The Cyborg Soldier" series on a Discotek Media Blu-ray release, all to watch in the next two coming weeks. Particularly when it comes to watching shit like "Scrapped Princess" on DVDs, Anime use to have very creative animated menus that looked cool when you popped in a new disc. Anime DVDs use to be very very creative with extra features too like with "Burn-Up Excess" collection they have an extra feature like a "Jiggle Counter" Feature actually keeping track of breast jiggles, panty shots, and other typical fanservice moments. lol For more modern shit, Also went back to finish watching "Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World Season 2" since they abruptly suspended production mid season last year. While it wasn't as good as the 1st season, it was still funny at times. Very rare I label shit as CringeCom with characters I actually like in it. The urban fantasy setting for this Anime is also a plus too. "I Left My A-Rank Party to Help My Former Students Reach the Dungeon Depths!" is what one gets when we live in a time period of youth so accustomed to video game mechanics where even gaming VTubing is introduced into it a generic male power fantasy harem setting. The story was actually interesting just primary focused on the protagonist leaving his Asshole party. but I still powered through watching the full series. Great "A" trashy shit as expected. lol |
