I mean, I love doujins but I'm at the point where I can imagine or doodle out things with preexisting characters on my own, as I want it ( maybe not as nicely drawn as others can), if I really want to. But as I do so or as I read someone's doujin, I remind myself that the ship will probably never happen. The sadness is real. So with original BL, I'm kinda forced to sit back and enjoy the ride for once, knowing that at least two characters will be together eventually if I just have patience. I like that. |

| Hey all =). I'm new to the group (and the entire website, for that matter). I wanted to swing by and introduce myself real quick: I'm seventeen, and I've been into BL for 3-4 years now. My gateway was - surprise, surprise - Junjou Romantica. When I first watched it, I was so new to everything that my face kept overflowing with blood and I had to scroll down from the video player during any hot scenes ovo. Now I'm a lot cooler about it ;). I've played a BL visual novel or two, watched quite a few related series, and read a bunch of manga on it (how unfortunate I can't remember all the names to add to my manga list </3). Anyways, I wanted to join this group because it seemed pretty cool. And I also saw the BL Challenge and thought, "Hey, I'd like to participate in that ╰(・∇・╰) !" Hopefully I can start it sometime soon ~ . |

And I'd say that it's still my favourite, I've read the manga multiple times and seen the anime multiple times. I play a lot of Visual Novels as well; Including BL ones.
