I see you gave Yuri on Ice a 10/10. I think you might really like Sakamichi no Apollon/Kids on the Slope. It's such a unique anime about love, friendship, music and so much more, plus it has the same feelings Yuri had about not feeling up to expectations and searching for his meaning. There's not a ton of "true" romance, but plenty of it is implied and I guarantee you won't regret the watch.
To anyone recommending me things, please recommend me a dub!

I haven't recommended shows to anyone in a long while so here goes..
Based on your high evaluation of Bungou Stray Dogs, a series similar in style and content would be Hamatora, which I remember to be pretty good, season 2 even slightly moreso, though I watched them so long ago that I couldn't tell you much else about it..
Alternatively, based on your Satsuriku no Tenshi pick, I must recommend Death Parade, as I really enjoyed it and the overarching themes are pretty similar, though it has a more melancholic tone.
Finally, if you're in the mood for some smut, I can shout out Citrus as a somewhat less classy version of Yagate Kimi ni Naru :)

@Tafixados Hi! I put Hamatora on watching (so it doesn't get lost in PTW) and Death Parade alonside with Citrus to PTW. Hamatora trailer is really pretty, especially how the colors are changing constantly. I will definitely watch it soon. I can feel Angels of dEath vibes from Death Parade and it seems interesting so I will give it a watch too, someday. I saw the white haired guy somewhere before too, most likely instagram xD Citrus has really nice art style. Not really in mood for smut, but maybe I'll give it a try one day. Thank you for recommendations! |

@ICenturyI As for a more personal recommendation, I took a bit of a look at your list, and you've watched pretty much everything I can think of, so I'm going to go with a bit of a wild one here. I see you've watched Eromanga-sensei, so I'll recommend you another anime by the same author of the LN that anime is based on: Oreimo. You may either hate it or like it, I prefer the OVAs to the main anime, since some of the characters can be a bit annoying. (nice anime list theme btw) |

Hey @LowIqSalty since you liked both Gurren Lagann and Panty and Stocking and apparently also decently liked Kill la Kill, which are all from Trigger (well, P&S more or less counts), I'd recommend for you to watch Little Witch Academia. At least that's what originally got me to watch it since I liked Trigger's style and you can definitely find some of that there. And as an extra, it seems you're into action/shounen stuff, so I'll throw in Yozakura Quartet, which seems to go under most people's radar. |

@ocallie Hey! Thanks for the recommendation! Having seen the trailer my enjoyment will depend very much on the characters but since I don't know or knew nothing of it it does make it exciting! Plus is on Netflix which is a convinence point! As for my recommendations, you said that you love some romance but you did indeed watch almost all the ones I would have recommended so here are some that are not extrictly romance but I really enjoyed that part of them: - Welcome to the Ballroom ( more wholesome slow romance ; piques the curiosity on competition dancing which is an unique theme ) - Redline ( more action and crazy "fights" ; it is a movie so it can be easier to watch ; romance is not the main focus but I still liked it idk why ) - Cyberpunk Edgerunners ( probably the best romance out of the 3 imo ; best animation and action also ; very good characters and setting ; very good show overall ) If you end up getting around to watch them hope you like them and can share your thoughts on my profile later if you want! :) |

@Ewan1011 Hello! Thanks for the recommendation, unfortunatly I've already seen Oreimo and I share the sentiment that you either like it or not and personally was not really my cup of tea, nor was Eromanga-sensei ( weird sibling relationships kinda throw me off the romance/character dynamics aspect of it so I don't really look favourably to those kinds of shows ). Anyway is always good to find a Kana enjoyer she clearly the best girl and as someone who has a love-hate relationship with Rent-a-Girlfriend I trust you concur that Ruka is best girl there... Now for my recommendations to you, since you don't really rate the shows I don't have a really good grasp but from the shows I can tell you have pretty good taste since most shows are pretty good, then I'll just recommend some that I think are critically missing: - Mob Psycho ( from the same mind as One Punch Man but way better written characters and story ; still amazing fights and animation ; an overall masterclass show ) - Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood ( the most allrounder show ; great story , characters , world and action ; the gold standart of action show and an all-time classic ) - Gurran Lagann ( over the top action with amazing animation ; story gets a little crazy but it's full fun and excitement all the way through ) - Code Geass ( another classic ; characters and story is the thing that makes it standout ; the action is pretty good ; presents some of the most iconic scenes , moments and characters ever ) - Kill la Kill ( probably the biggest coin flip in the recommendation you either like it or hate it ; another studio Trigger banger with amazning over the top action and animation ; same thing all fun and hype with a bit more spice to it ) If you even come around to see them hope you like them and if you want you can comment what you think about them in my profile ( or for anything else )!! :) |

- Gurran Lagann ( over the top action with amazing animation ; story gets a little crazy but it's full fun and excitement all the way through )
- Code Geass ( another classic ; characters and story is the thing that makes it standout ; the action is pretty good ; presents some of the most iconic scenes , moments and characters ever )
- Kill la Kill ( probably the biggest coin flip in the recommendation you either like it or hate it ; another studio Trigger banger with amazning over the top action and animation ; same thing all fun and hype with a bit more spice to it )

@ICenturyI I actually hate Ruka, and reading the manga I'm still wishing for her to always be left out. My favourites from that manga are either Sumi (really wish she had more scenes), Chizuru or Yaemori. Yeah, I only really rate anime if I find them spectacular or if I find them atrocious (trying to rank more). And thank you for the recommendations, I've been meaning to watch kill la kill, and mob psycho always had an opening that was one of my favourites. All seem interesting, I'll let you know what I think of each when I get round to watching them! |

@Hayukoo I notice that you like adventures, strong protagonists and pretty girls, that's why I recommend Kanata no Astra and Dr. Stone. Kanata no Astra It's a futuristic anime in which some teens go on a trip into space but end up lost several light years away. They will have to trust each other in order to survive on the planets they visit on the way home. It is self-conclusive, so all questions are answered in its 12 chapters. Dr. Stone Although it is a survival anime, it focuses more on advancing civilization. After something turns humans into stone for 3000 years, Senku and his friends have to rebuild the civilización if want to unravel the mystery of petrification. Don't expect quick answers because it has several seasons. Even so, comedy and inventions have a great sentimental value that will move you. |

@Gorenko I see you rated a bunch of Ghibli movies highly as well as Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteiru (It's one of my favorites!). You should check out Nasu: Andalusia no Natsu and its sequel Nasu: Suitcase no Wataridori. They're directed by Kousaka Kitarou who did a lot of art direction and key animation for many Ghibli movies, so the Nasu movies have that warm Ghibli feel to them. You really get sucked into the characters despite the short runtime. |

@NagumoYue Mushishi and Kino no Tabi both at 9 is incredibly based. As such I wanna first recommend Girls' Last Tour which, while definitely more lighthearted, I find to be similar in its atmosphere. My second recommendation, based purely on the vibes I get from your list, is gonna be Kaiba, which I absolutely love.
If someone wants to recommend me something, I am actively trying to watch everything in my PTW, but with close to 2000 entries it sometimes is hard to pick what to watch next, so do tell me what I should prioritize.

@river77jones I'm glad your reply was the first I saw! I'm an avid horror fan! I have a few I'd recommend! Please message me if there are any themes you would like to be warned about because there are some heavy ones on this list. First up, the original Berserk. It's a dark supernatural horror with plenty of adventure and mystery! It started slow for me since I wasn't used to old pacing, but it was definitely worth the watch! Second, another gory horror, Another. (Pun not intended). Short and fast-paced with great horror and mystery elements! Third, I recommend Monster. Definitely more on the psychological horror side of the horror spectrum, this one is definitely worth a watch. If you're like me, you might feel intimidated by the length of the series, but I promise you, it goes by so fast! Especially if you enjoy a good mystery. This one has elements of all of the themes that you listed sprinkled in in some form or another. Something more on the mystery side of things is Zankyou no Terror/Terror in Resonance. Something more lighthearted but still a mystery (or at least confusing enough to be one to the audience) is Great Pretender. If you end up liking the psychological horror genre, I'd recommend anything by Satoshi Kon. Some notable ones are the movies Perfect Blue and Paprika, and the series Mousou Dairinin/Paranoia Agent. Hope you find something you like! |

Hello! Thanks for the recommendation, coincidentally I had just talked and seen a profile who also had Azumanga Daiou in their top picks and this was the final nail to get it up on the Hold list for when I have the time! Sent a FR to let you know what I thought about it after I come around to watch it!
And gotta say, pretty good taste man, I was about to recommend FLCL / Katanagatari / Paprika but you either already seen it or are planning to... Still based on your list I think you will really enjoy:
- Death Parade ( very popular and unique kind of show ; very good characters and atmophere overall ) ;
- Terror in Resonance ( also very good characters and story which touches some interesting topics ) ;
- Baccano! ( storytelling masterclass with a very unique apporach to the way it is presented )
- Violet Evergarden ( my favourite show all time ; beautiful story and animation surrounding an amazing character driven masterpiece )
- Apothecary Diaries ( one of the best female characters that anime produced in the last years ; very compelling mystery aspect to it with good animation and setting )
Sorry the barrage of recommendation but I think these shows are some I felt were kinda missing from your list and I think it mixes the older shows with newer ones!! If you find time to watch them, hope you like them and if you want let me know what you thought! :)

Thanks so much for the reccomendations too! Haven't had much time to watch/read anime much due to college stuff so not sure when I'll be able to get to them but I'll try to check them out when I have time :D
Coindentally, I had almost every single one of those on my plan to watch list at one time or another but cut my list shorter cause I had too many good choices to pick from that I couldn't pick anything lol. Thats a good sign to add them back though
@panpakez Based on your profile, I realized that you like action and adventure anime. My recommendation is: Undead Girl Murder Farce, I hope you like it, it has a lot of action, mystery and adventure, it's short. Follow the anime profile link. Good anime :) https://xss.now.cc/anime/54790/Undead_Girl_Murder_Farce?q=undead%20girl%20mu&cat=anime |

Ok so this may not be a recommendation as such but I'll ask anyway. I currently just thought about an anime scene where there's 2 boys in one room, and 2 girls in another. I can't exactly remember how it got to this bit, but I remember one guy tieing up his friend and then shouting to the next room what he wrote about what he wanted to be when he was older (which basically mentioned marrying his crush, who was sat in the other room). After that, the girl (crush) started punching the wall with both her fists, while her friend tried to stop her worrying about her breaking the wall. Does anyone know what anime this is from? I remember seeing it on YouTube once but I can't remember for the life of me what it was called or how to search for it. |

@EXO-L_Turkish I'd like to recommend 86 Eighty-Six if you want action-packed mecha anime. The ending of Part 2 is one of the best I've watched, so far. |

@dummy_kenmen my recommendation won't be exotic, but I would recommend Spy x Family from the bottom of my heart. It's filled with all the right emotions for me personally, and I think anyone would find something for themselves in SxF. |

@Allystark Given that you seem to like smart, driven female protagonists like MaoMao, Frieren and Myne, and settings that include fantasy, have you considered Yona of the Dawn? Yona doesn't start off skilled, but she builds herself up well from the initial tragedy, and pulls together a group of reincarnated dragon-spirited people who can help her take back the kingdom (loosely based on historical Korea). The anime doesn't really end, but the manga is coming to a conclusion soon, and it's great being able to compare the original and the adaptation. I'm looking for something that reminds me of/is similar to Run With the Wind, a college-age sports anime that goes for realism and character-driven plot rather than gimmicks and unnecessary drama. |

@Allystark Thank you for your recommendation. Yeah, I like the settings and storyline of Spy x Family but I'm just waiting for its movie to come out on the legit platform so I can binge-watch it in one sitting XD |
