The only exception to this rule is Suzune's D4 vote - but she probably thought she would be lynched, and wanted to clear KOtA. So I'm just gonna go with the most obvious thought process: Scum's win con is to survive and eliminate townies. It goes against their win con to vote for each other, *unless* they have to. As in, they're suspected and desperately need some towncred. None of the players on Holo's train were heavily suspected, though. If they were scum, they could just have leaned back, hoping people wouldn't actually lynch Holo in the end. Also, theConquerer had 4 votes, Holo had 6. If I was scum I wouldn't have voted for Holo when he's this close to surviving the lynch. D4: Suzune-chan, KOtA Suzune-chan (5) | Togs, lupadim, ZombieWolf2508, TheConquerer, SightlessReality KOtA (4) | coromandel, Suzune-chan, grrr Togs (6) | Lamby, _Claire_, KOtA, gwendolly, Karote, Lord_Sithis Suzune and KOtA were leading in votes during D4. First I accused KOtA because I had roleblocked him and thought he hadn't been able to kill anyone. But Claire suddenly told us she'd received a message saying that "someone was healed". = She lied about her passive ability though, so couldn't have received such a message. Then people started to suspect Suzune, especially after Lupa's/Togs' claim + Lamby's claim that she had "murdered something" was still on everybody's mind. It was Claire who antagonized Togs because of his character claim. Lord_Sithis, Gwendolly and Karote decided the lynch, they all changed their votes to Togs. I really believe scum was on this train - as it was the perfect opportunity to save BOTH their buddies Suzune and KOtA. I highly doubt scum was on Suzune's train at the end of that day - which rules out theConquerer and Sightless. This is now really between Claire/Rinto, Gwendolly, Karote and Lord_Sithis. +Tingle was inactive that phase - so she's a null read. Based on his D4 behavior, I'm town-reading Karote. So Rinto / Gwen / Sithis. Although I'm now suspecting Gwen more than Sithis. Because after re-reading what happened during D4, I'm thinking Lord_Sithis didn't have a problem with KOtA/Suzune trains, his vote change seemed to be a last minute decision. Gwen's posts on the other hand gave me the impression that she was interested whether people found Suzune's claim convincing. In one of her posts she was also saying she didn't believe Zombie's claim (that he was poisoned by her), and that she thought "KOtA hadn'd done anything" the night before. She was subtly trying to sway people's opinons. And right after the lynch, she was saying how she found Lamby suspicious, implying that the mislynch had been his fault. | Hm sorry I was too busy to come back to this yesterday. @Coromandel I guess you are right Claire has been pushing some pro-scum points this game.. I still really feel like she was genuine though. But I also don't honestly know who could be scum other than Karote. I guess lynching them is not the worst but my instincts really tell me that they are town. My instincts have failed me before though >.> But to me it keeps coming back to Claire's reaction after my flip, that just screams so townie.. About Karote, I don't think he can be cleared off of the D4 post.. sure it's "towny" but it's not completely town-confirming, scum don't only do scummy things they can do towny things too. The hard part is keeping it up consistently. If you look at the post in question Karote seems to be heavily supporting Suzune's claim, also in a post just below that where he states his opinions on players... he doesn't actually state a negative opinion on KOta at all ! He just says he doesn't know what to make of her, which is a very fence-sitty position. I think this is a conceivable action for Karote to take as scum. For example with Gwendolly, I don't think she is the level of scum player who could consistently fake the mindset she has been doing. I think if she's scum she has been faking a town mindset better than Suzune did, and I've heard to watch out for Suzune's scum game before but never anything about Gwendolly. On the other hand Karote I've seen as scum a few times and he's always unpredictable.. I can completely believe that this is an action scum!Karote could take. He isn't consistent but he is consistently random, when scum he has kind of a "don't give a damn" attitude he could hit all kinds of notes on everyone's radars. And it was just a few townie actions that you are reading him on, not a consistent pattern of townieness. |

| Limit Break Reveal Search Treasure (Night Action) I can target 1 person. I get all of their Gil & items if any. The previous Night I targeted Grrr, they had 110 gil on them and nothing else. Why did I target Grr? Because on the Day Zombie died Grr mentioned they had enough to buy an Antidote potion to save them but didn't. This told me they at least had 50 gil. Which would be enough for me to buy the Phoenix Down which was my goal the whole time. With that huge sum + quest gold & what I already had this gave me a grand total of 260 gil. |
