You cannot have anything on your turn-in post that has to do with things you are not turning-in. You cannot have anything in your participation post that isn't being turned-in until after inspection when Shey grants you a ticket. You CAN turn-in sections that you have planned. They do not have to have been watched.
So please do this:
Edit THIS POST to have Intro / Basics / Cultural Festival in your parts completed and remove the (probably) from after your Easy difficulty indicator.
Then mention me and I'll send you on to Shey.

@lykke_leek please remove all of the quoted material from your turn-in post. It is not necessary and simply serves to clutter the turn-in. Additionally, you have to note all of the items you are turning-in and none of the ones you aren't. For your participation post, nothing can be present that is not being turned-in. Planned items are fine, but only the number that are required for the difficulty you are turning-in. You must have an ending date on your participation post. This is the date you are turning-in.
In your case you can most easily:
Add an end date to your turn-in p[ost
Remove all mention of Sports Day from your participation and turn-in posts
Remove items from each location of Cultural Festival on your participation post until you only have the number per location for your chosen difficulty (1/2/3/4 for E/M/H/C) (and make sure that choice is reflected on your turn-in post.
Make sure you put Intro / Basics / Cultural Festival on your turning-in line in the turn-in post
Once you have made these changes, mention me and I will pass you on to Shey for final check and ticket issuance. Thank you for participating!

@Jokobo please remove the extra requirements from your Cultural Festival and Sports Day sections.
