This is a rom (?) com manga about cosplaying, with the male MC being discovered by his school's top beauty as he's crossdressing as his favorite female character.
The manga follows these two as they become friends and slowly break into the cosplaying sphere, meeting other cosplayers, going to events etc. While it starts out decently, the manga feels like it just doesn't go anyhwere. If you've read the Dress-up Darling manga, this one follows almost the exact same progression, but without the romance. The thematic notes are often similar as well. Regarding romance: there is actually no romance here, the manga is really just romance bait (looking at the cover, marketing etc.). There is some *very* light romantic tension between the MCs, but in 30 chapters this hasn't gone even one step in any direction and I doubt that's the purpose at this point.
TL;DR might be for you if you're interested in cosplaying, otherwise it gets boring quickly. Stay away if you came for romance, there is none.
