Wait didn't Nelvana go out of business last year, or am I thinking of a different company? But yeah you are right, they helped with a lot of dubbing projects back in the day. For me personally I remember they were the ones that handled Cardcaptor Sakura when it came as ardcaptors for kids WB. Boy that seems like forever ago. I also remember them doing other projects like a lot of stuff for Nick Jr back in the day, such as Little Bear. Not sure if you're familiar with him or not.

Hahaha! Bro I had a feeling you were going to absolutely love Egghead once you got to it. It is just so chock full of fan service and great lore drops for the story, not to mention all of the returning villains along with the new characters. It just has so many twists and turns I know you're going to absolutely love it. Plus once you see the flashback that is featured in it I know you were going to tear up. I would love to hear your thoughts on certain episodes and plot twists once you get to them. I won't name any here because I don't want to spoil anything for you, but trust me they are worth waiting for.

How do you feel about op going seasonals ? do you think they will be able to fix their pacing issue now ?

Oh gosh those bring back so many memories man! I remember every single one of them. I actually loved the song So much from the Donkey Kong Country cartoon that I hooked up to VCRs together back in like 1999, and made my own sing-along VHS tape where I would feature them back to back. So many memorable tunes. I remember I also like the one where Donkey Kong and Diddy were selling coconut chill shakes. "If you want to thrill try our coconut chill!" It's funny some of these songs I can still remember most of the lyrics to even after all these years. I also used to like the one where DK had to learn how to dance. I think it was called "anybody can do it anybody can dance." 😅

I guess now we are spoiled because we can just look up compilations on YouTube these days, thankfully most of them are still up and haven't been removed for copyright.

Bro that is an awesome story, always a pleasure to meet a fellow fan of the Donkey Kong Country series. The way I got into it is that we happen to get Fox Family on our Cable lineup back in the latest 90s and it was part of the program block then. We used to watch it normally on the weekends and they used to call it weekend chill sundays. I used to absolutely love those bumpers back in the day! So speaking of the TV series and all, do you happen to have a favorite song? Considering they were just a couple of minutes long in between episodes, they were very catchy and memorable. For me personally I loved all of the Scurvy songs. 😁

I'm Cameron Thomas, my favorite anime is "Ninja Kamui" and my first anime I watched was "Sonic X" on June 14 2014 just to get myself into Sonic The Hedgehog. That's awesome man! Sounds like you really had a memorable Christmas. I assume when you say you went swimming on Christmas Eve and Christmas day it was an indoor pool? Unless you live in a very tropical climate or state that is. Here it is way too cold to do so unless it's indoor. Oh man I used to love AMC and TCM back when we had cable, so many great black and white Classics on there. I remember having Fox Family to back in the day, and ABC family as well when it transitioned. I had no idea that they had changed their name once again, what would you say is the biggest difference ever since they changed into its current form of the channel? I think the best memory I have of fox family back in the day is watching the CG Donkey Kong Country cartoon that used to air on there. Did you ever watch it? 🤔

Hey it sounds like a nice way to spend Christmas, Yes mine was very good. We always have a tradition on Christmas Eve to watch It's a wonderful Life while eating menudo, then we go out and drive around the city to visit the hot spots that are known for having good Christmas house decorations. Then we come home and watch Christmas comes to pac land. Yes it's a Pac-Man Christmas special. XD As far as Christmas itself goes we don't do a whole lot. We just open presents in the morning, and then have a nice ham lunch. Then go our separate ways. 🤣

Huh, well I will admit your take is definitely refreshing. I haven't heard many people wanting the captains to be part of the seraphim thing. I'm actually very curious if they may start copying other characters such as Whitebeard or maybe even Ace, this could be the way for Oda to bring back these characters without actually bringing them back. Do you think that would ruin their deaths though? I will admit seeing a smoker and GARP serafin would be pretty awesome. True, I could see some of those matchups happening in the future. Also there are a lot of people that believe that some of these rivalries will be fought during a davy back fight. In particularly with shanks. I could see this on some levels but at the same time I think it would kind of ruin the experience seeing characters like Zorro and Mihawk fight again only for it to be a daveyback fight. XD

Yeah I want to definitely had its growing pains but I think it paid off in the end, one thing I was curious to hear how you felt was regarding Gear 5 Luffy. Do you feel the whole Looney tunes style of combat is a bit too much for one piece or do you think it fits in perfectly? I remember they did some interviews with Oda and he mentioned that he got a lot of inspiration from Tom and Jerry back as a kid, so that's what he tried to implement. Was curious to see your thoughts on it. Didn't notice that you mentioned it in your reply so sorry if I'm asking a question that you already gave an answer to. 👀 As for me I definitely agree with you when it came to the post-Wano content that we got, so many new lore drops and events taking place. Did you like the Seraphim?

Oh and my current Avatar pick is from an anime called Legendary Idol Eriko. It came out in the late 1980s. Really good story about the rise of a pop Idol in Japan, though I will admit I didn't really care for the ending too much.
