Go finish it then

I think they main reason why u didnt like it its because you focused so much on each individual character and their own story that u forgot about Nagisa and Tomoya's relationship, when in reality u had to see it as a whole thing. What calls my attention the most is that most people only watch the first season of Clannad, not because they like it but because they need to watch it to understand what's going on so far in the story (not my case). When i say ''generic cliche'' i mean the repetitive things u see in anime all the time, in this case the ''cliche'' would be Tomoya trying to help all female characters overcome something from their past. The first season is always criticize for the lack of development on Tomoya and Nagisa's relationship. That's why season 2 is so much better, u see the characters growing up, getting jobs, making their own way in the world, they show u a realistic take on life, the good things and the bad things, and how unpredictable life is.
My advice for u would be to watch other animes, slice of life/drama/romantic/ ones, and then watch Clannad again, i'm pretty sure you'll enjoy it so much more and see how valuable it actually is.
PD: sorry if i said something wrong ( i should practice my english more often >.<.)

If you fully understand the anime after finishing it there's no way you can give it that score
spiritualfox2016 Jun 13, 2016 11:13 AM
Why don't you at least finish the anime cause more people will talk shit about you cause you didn't
spiritualfox2016 Jun 13, 2016 11:12 AM
You are seriously dropping the anime when the plot isn't even finished and then giving a bad score, what else can i say

What a bad review, you clearly don't have the time and patience to fully understand what was going on in Clannad AS. If it was that simple why would this be a masterpiece? Maybe you will like BnP that seems to suit you

Ah sorry about the spelling mistake, been a while since I watched it so forgot which one it was.

u just dropped After Story because it was boring?? really?? Reading your review i can see all u wanted to watch was a generic cliche type of anime, maybe its because u haven't seen that much anime but dude u crazy. Pretty sure as time goes by you'll realize how wrong youre review is.

From what I've read from your review on clannad after story, you basically just want another cliché harem.
BlueNight_ Jun 13, 2016 6:58 AM
I'm assuming you've read somewhere what happens or you've seen a video on what happens nearing the end of Clannad AS, but even then you did drop it pretty much directly before the part most people praise Clannad AS for. While I can understand your love for the characters from the first season and your disappointment in their absence in the 2nd season, the show as a whole was always about Tomoyo and Nagisa. Also it's probably appropriate to say that Clannad AS is as "Slice of Life" as it gets considering there's no real plot development except for the development of their everyday lives and as you said there is a lot of mundane things.
It’s time to ditch the text file.
