I'm moving to New York to attend school there.

Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry for my slow response! The relative that gave us a second cat was put into hospice and then later passed. All sorts of family stuff have also happened, but it's getting better. I listened to that Poppy song, and it was really good. The two cats are getting along better. They have played a few times together! I have always wanted to fly too. Haha. I'm also going through the process of getting rid of stuff, but I'm keeping a good amount of the tigers though. Haha. It's always more fun to go to the zoo with someone. Even though it was a trip, I actually went to the Washington D.C. zoo. There were a few areas where people could rent a bike or scooter. I tried to use a scooter since there is a walk from the train station to the zoo, and I had an epic fall that ended in a face plant. A construction worker walked past me laying on the ground and told me to not fall down, but it was obviously too late. Haha. Other than the embarrassment and a hurt knee, it was a super fun day. My favorite part was seeing the tiger, which was mentioned before. The lion was cool, and I absolutely loved seeing the elephants and panda. If you ever go to D.C., I recommend going to the zoo and to a few of the museums. Just brace for a lot of walking, and if you use a scooter, be careful. Haha.

Our first stop will be Tokyo and we will be there for about 4 days, next we taking Shinkansen to Hakone which we going to spend 1 night there at a traditional ryokan and after we going to Kyoto and than Osaka for the last 2 days.

I haven't listened to Poppy before, but she sounds good. I would love some links please! My favorite Queen songs are Don't Stop Me Now (kinda cool we have that in common) and Bohemian Rhapsody. I wish the main singer, Freddie, lived longer so that we could see what other music they could have come up with! I actually have a second cat now because a relative could no longer take care of her. It's been an adjustment period for the cat to get used to the house, which she mostly has, and for the two cats to learn to get along, which is still a work in progress. They will get there eventually. Since I have to pay for two cats now, I definitely can't be a stay-at-home cat mom because of the economy. Haha. Penguins are so adorable! The name is Pengu is so sweet and cute! Birds really are majestic, and it's cool that they have the freedom to fly wherever they want to go. I've seen the regular pandas, and they are so cute! I would love to see a red panda in person too. Haha. I saw a few sloths at the same zoo with the tiger. Of course, he was sleeping, but still cute! The tiger was also sleeping at first, but as soon as I started walking away, that's when he started walking around and swimming. I guess I had to move for him to start moving. Haha. Tigers are also majestic and overall, just so amazing and beautiful. I have so many tiger stuffed animals that it was hard finding a spot for all of them. Haha. Even though we are adults, I love how we both have plushies/stuffed animals. Haha. Have you been to the zoo in the last few weeks? It's so fun taking pictures of animals!

I briefly read your message before coming here first. Haha. Yay for finishing your book!! That's so exciting!! :D It looks like we have similar taste in rock. I haven't gotten into heavier rock yet, but I plan on it. I'm pretty much obsessed with Queen, the band. It's pretty sad how excited I get whenever I hear one of their songs come on, even though I've already heard it hundreds of times over the years. Haha. Moving on fast can be a good or bad thing, but it might be a good in thing in your brother's situation with trying to move forward. Best of luck to the both of us as we move forward with our weight journeys! It does take a lot of discipline, but definitely worth it. My dad did well with his surgery, but it's been a rough recovery period since then. He has had a few decent days the last few days, so I think he's getting better. A few other relatives are having health issues, so my family keeping me busy. I did take a few days off from work because I was getting burnt out. I asked my husband if I could just be a stay-at-home cat mom, but I was told no. Haha. Apparently, I need money to pay for the cat. Haha. Slightly random, but speaking of cats and animals, what is your favorite animal? I went to a zoo recently and got to see a tiger, which is my favorite, so that was exciting.

Over the summer I will be going on a 10-day trip to Japan with some friends.

We had Spring break and tomorrow we going back to school. I went to Miami with friends and it was fun.

Some people are so quick to bash on an anime whenever it’s mentioned. You literally cannot say that you like a certain anime without people calling it overrated. Like to me, I never care about other people opinion on what I watched because I like what I like., It will not change my opinion. There are anime that people like that I don’t care for, but I'm not going to bash on it.

It was really fun and Scotland is so stunning. The people were also so friendly and welcoming.

Honestly, unless you dive deep into Twitter or even TikTok, it's quite easy to avoid the worst of the fandom. Once you get involved in a fandom, then it's very likely you would encounter some pretty shitty people. The MHA fandom is no different from any other fandom. It just happens to be a particularly large fandom. The larger the group, the louder its vocal minority can get.

No matter how much I love an anime once it is finished I just move on from it. I saw a video on TikTok of this 22-year-old crying over Deku and Bakugo not being together. Like It’s never that serious, like she is too grown to be crying about this. She's crying as if her grandma died or something. Idiots like this are the reason people hate the MHA fandom.

I have been an anime fan since middle school, and I have never been obsessed with anime like that. I treat anime like any other form of entertainment. Some people treat watching anime more like a job than a hobby.

Now, I don't really care about shipping. There are characters that I want them to get together, but I don't crazy over it. Some people go crazy over their ship when they not together, like okay now they're just doing too much.


Shipping in and of itself isn't bad, IMO. Sometimes ya just think so-and-so would be cute together, I see no harm in that.

But yeah, some folks are way too into it. Either being obsessed with that one ship, or seeing a need to ship everyone with someone in everything.
