Hmm.. That's a good question. I'm not really sure. I'll probably buy an anime that's still airing though but, probably not haha. I definitely know that I'm going to buy Attack on Titan though. I'll probably buy Detective Conan as well. Gaah >.< I can't decide haha.
For manga, I'm not sure of this one as well haha. I'll probably buy either Crows, Worst, One-punch man, or Crows Zero (I can't find this on the internet anywhere).

Ah, I know what that's like. When I'm watching anime (or anything, really) I like to have headphones on and have all the volume on full blast (depends on what I'm watching), I know what it's like to be scared by noises haha xD (All I'm saying is, Don't google RightXD on google haha).

Ah, I only know a few places where you can sell manga. You can sell them online, Like on Amazon or Ebay (Websites like this) and If you don't want to sell them online, you can sell them at a book store (depending on the book store). Sorry if this didn't help :\
