I have been watching anime since I was seven years old, it all started with Dragonball Z and later on my obsession grew at 11 when I watched Mew Mew Power and was introduced to anime properly.

Since then I have delved into anime and found many genres I liked and disliked.

Currently I enjoy watching fantasy, romance and adventure -anime's like Fairy Tail, Inuyasha and Fruits Basket.

I will watch the odd slice of life, but I always miss the fantasy aspect, and of course 12 episodes are never enough, which is why I have been going back to some older anime's like Inuyasha, Tokyo Underground, Bleach to fully get involved with the worlds and the characters.

There is nothing I like more than a character with proper character development, and sometimes even a good redemption story, like Jellal from Fairy Tail or even Sasuke from Naruto (I did however drop Naruto at some point not because it wasn't a great anime, but because- of many reasons, but to remain spoiler free, one of those reason was watching the showing and seeing flashback within a flashback within a flashback, that was enough for me.)

I also enjoy reverse harem, however I have found the majority to lack a strong female lead-there are a few gems out there, my list's ratings will speak for itself.

As for how I rate? Purely based on my enjoyment of the anime and if I would recommend it or rewatch it myself.

Anything from 6 and above I would recommend, although a 6 does not mean I would rewatch it, but it may have been good for what it was.

Rated 8 may have lacked something that I wanted to see in the show - regardless of if it happens in the manga.

9 and 10 rated are all time favorites, ones with great/imaginative story lines and/or amazing characters.

I do enjoy an anime where I can fall in love with almost all of the cast of characters even the villains.

On the other hand I have discovered not manga, but manhwa. Oh and have I fallen down a rabbit hole so deep I will never be able to find my way out - le sigh.

I have enjoyed manga for some time, but have realized that some pages just put so much information/dialogue on one page that my head hurts.

And then I discovered manhwa about 1 year ago, uhm that's in 2024, so almost 2 years now.

I fell in love with the difference in tropes compared to the tropes you get for manga's.

Manhwa is transmigration galore, and I found I loved this trope so much, this is not including the time travel trope. I found I loved this so much that I have searched far and wide to read all of them.

But thennn~~ I did also discover that since the manhwa's are in color- I prefer my manhwa men with red eyes, black hair - the very essence of a villain in the making. And so- most of the manhwa's that I enjoy have a red eyed, black haired, villainous tyrant as the male lead and the female lead is totally the one that's like, "I can change him." Good luck Honey.

Oh there are the odd manhwa's for sure where the male lead may have blonde hair - truly it's all about the red eyes and being a villain or tyrant that captivates me.

Not a prince or king, but instead a grand duke or an emperor. Have ya'll noticed the villainous grand duke is always from the north? Or is that just me?

Aaannywayyy~ as you can see I have fallen into a very deep rabbit hole and may never see the light of day again, but that's grand, all good with me to be fair.

Recently I have been playing an otome game (which I never enjoy to be honest) called Love and Deepspace.

It's on mobile, fully voice acted, the detail is pretty amazing. Lots of pretty dudes to choose from. Really though it has taken over my life at the moment, and my pinterest page.

On the off chance that I play online games I am also enjoying Genshin Impact-haven't played though in a while.

I enjoy playing rpg life sims, mostly on the Switch, but I have been enjoying some on PC as well. I'm an introvert so I don't play well in online games, and when I do I don't really talk.

Well I think I've covered a few things about me, maybe even too much, who's even gonna read all this babble to then end - to be fair it is just babble. I may need to talk to actual people more.
