I hope you'll enjoy Monster. It's a lot better than Death Note in my opinion and Johan is one of the best villains I have seen in any story.

I just looked at the Aoi Bungaku Series on mal and it looks quite interesting :D ( I put it on Ptw because I'm currently still watching Gintama )

Have you heard of the anime Monster? It's a Drama, Horror, Mystery, Police, Psychological, Seinen, Thriller anime and, for me at least, it's a masterpiece. How you get to know more about several persons background as the anime progresses and how a certain person thinks and how he got to the way he is. It also has one of the best villains I have ever seen in anime.

I hope you will check this anime out someday because it's definitely worth your time :)
