Haha, I already helpful'd the older one before when I first read it . :)
I agree very much with the trials part. I won't care if they explain it later and without those explanations, the rest of the "worldbuilding" has no meaning to me. Effectively, the whole thing is flat.
Firstly. thanks for the friend request. I really enjoyed your review of re: zero. You went deep into it. I saw the one about the first part of S2, the second one I didn't, because of the spoiler alert, thanks for that. rsrs.
Ye, it boggles my mind that there are people who think this show is some kind of master piece and I'm like "wut!?!?!?".
Like, if I need to watch some random dude's youtube video that explains stuff that was in the light novel so I can even remotely begin to understand the jargon and bullshit info dumps, then this thing is not a masterpiece. No one watching Code Geass or Fate/Zero or Gundam Seed or any remotely good show needed a tutorial video to enjoy them because the writing for the show made sense. xD
Hey, I agree with a lot of points on your Re0 S2 review. I felt similarly baffled through many of the info dump scenes and the information felt so irrelevant I found it hard to care what was even said.
