Sorry haven't been able to watch much Gurren, been caught up in trying to keep up with all the current season shows and other things but will definitely let you know how it is...from what I have seen so far I think you'd enjoy it :)

Yeah. A 7 isn't particularly high priority but I did like the first season, 6 is usually my minimal completion rating for things in general haha. I put the second season kind of on hold haha but I might pick it up again now that it's over. The animation is really shoddy at times because A-1 cuts corners but I was in the mood for something more shounen.
