I like anime from the 70s and 80s, especially character-focused mecha and children's series based on western literature. When it comes to manga, I enjoy a lot of things ranging from sugary shoujo to grim thrillers. I read most of my manga in German to practise my language skills.

My favourite anime is Takarajima, and my favourite manga is Akagami no Shirayukihime.

I also collect doujinshi, though that has been slowing down now that I'm no longer so passionate about Hetalia.

I can agree with that though for me those things don't make it terrible. It's the not the best sure, but I can accept it.

I'd say that was a bit harsh. After all the franchise has turned out things like napoleon's dictonary and russia with love. I don't know how you feel about them, but for me the animation was the only thing that sucked. Goemon looks nice and had some pretty good Zenigata moments. It's not mind blowing, but it's serviceable. I really liked Jigen's Gravestone so I think Koike just had a bit of trouble with Goemon's characterization. TBH he hasn't ever received much of it. Even in Fuma what people remember most is that Lupin car chase, monk Zeni and Fujiko with the pot on her head. lol

In real life? Just getting busy with school and the like. I managed to watch the Goemon movie a few days ago and I think I figure out something really cool. Idk maybe it's obvious, but I think Hawk was a clone made by Mamo. They mentioned that he'd died and the police chief said something to Zenigata about releasing him because he wasn't real. So I think this and Gravestone are linked and there'll be more in future with more Mamo :D EXCITED. Maybe they'll even remake the movie.

I'm impressed by your very well-written Lupin III review! It has a lot of juicy details on the characters and plot, a good balance of pros and cons, and a coherent paragraph structure. To be frank, I've never watched or read the series myself, but it's hard for me to pass up on a good-looking review when I see one. Nicely done!
