It's cool I forgot what it was like to see that plot twist for the first time, I was pretty angry myself stopped reading for a bit even but I got over it.
Anyway thanks for the response I'd encourage you to try the manga but that shit gets really dark, it's not perfect but it's pretty good

Hi there, I read your Berserk review it was pretty good except I'd like to point out some things first off Griffith's emotion wasn't as simple as jealousy he sees Guts and Casca as his property to help him accomplish his dream and now (he was horribly disfigured, castrated and had his tongue cut out in Midland) he couldn't and here were his tools happy without him so in a way it made sense for him to show resentment and anger, also maybe I'm being biased here but I don't think Berserk is sexist I don't remember if it was shown in the movies but both Guts and Griffith were molested at some point and Casca was a strong warrior but so were the rest of the Band of the Hawk even Guts would have died if not for Skull Knight so Griffith raping the only woman Guts has ever loved in order to further break him was a way to show his acceptance of his new demonic nature as Femto but still I've read the manga so maybe I watched the movies while already knowing. Like I said before pretty good review
