I do love heavily stylized artsy looking older shows, but I can always get down with some of the newer dogshit low budget isekais that get pumped out every season. I'm not picky - it just has to give me that good dopamine hit. I really do appreciate anime from every era, especially 80s, 90s and early 2000s stylistically like keep expanding that eye until it hits the edge of Karin's weak jawline!!

Anime genres that you will see me avoid generally (there are always exceptions!):
- Battle shounen
- Anything that uses CGI as the primary animation instead of just an aid
- Sports
- Shounen ai + yaoi
- Harem (where it's one stupid dude that has 1000 huge titty girls + one loli chasing after him for no reason and then he can't even choose, and has no elements of actual romance so it's all fanservice. like just make it into a hentai series at that point)
- Idol
- Full paragraph title isekais with an overpowered MC in the hero's party
