Conversations on two websites! LIVIN' LIFE TO THE EXTREEMEEE.

We share summer dates then, well it basically means you have a week or 2 off from school as you finish a term in school, (I go to a public school, I'm not sure if the same technobabble applies to colleges, private schools and such).

Even with the interwebs, I still have scarcely found people who like anime :P Prior to joining places such as this, though, I guess. So making everyone else you know watch it is much easier :D You can't use K-on as a gateway anime :o then again I never watched it :P Always fun to annoy people with music they hate XD It's also pretty satisfying to put on the most japanese song you know, as in it's unbearably fresh, and just play it really casual just to see how people react :D

I've never heard of the word "Brogue" before.. :D So I dunno xD Maybe you're thinking of dialect or something? Yeah apparently so, I can't really imagine it in my own case though, forgetting English just seems impossible, especially since I have to always help my friends with anything English >.>
Yeah, I wouldn't recommend it :D (I think the general idea is to scare you away from being an idiot while on holiday or something (The characters were idiots and in turn they got themselves into a nasty sitch :P)) I'm not really surprised XD I actually started watching Suicide club last week actually, this was at like 6am though and I couldn't read the subs so I just passed out, damn dat film is pretty gory though.

I don't think proving that we were too legit to quit (While also severely damaging ourselves mentally) would be a good way to get some food xD Speaking of which they closed that area down this week because other students have been littering :( NO FOOD FOR A WEEK, DAMNIT.

Ievan Polkka is like, what always comes to mind when you think of Finland :D Apparently parts of the second song are Finnish, but it's also suppose to be random gibberish '.' I don't really know xD But no, it is Finnish, you're just forgetting your mother tongue. I've heard that apparently some people actually have forgotten their mother language after learning another language, I mean allow that :o

Oh the eyes being cut wasn't the bad bit, once the puss came out of whatever the eye string thing is called, that's when you feel your stomach churn D: Actually feeling pretty sick thinking bout it *o* I don't really mind gore, it can get pretty unbearable though, I mean I like thing that don't hold back and aren't really afraid to show some gritty footage but sometimes it can just go overboard xD

Must've been very cool :D Anime & Manga fans seem to be abundance in Finland lately.. Maybe that's why she transferred there in the first place? Anyone else you know at your school into them? Hm, Gurotesuku looks exactly like The Hostel films, I think they're both suppose to be the same sort of thing, just torturing people. As soon as I saw the 'Guro' in the name I instantly knew it was going to be something unpleasant xD I wouldn't recommend the Hostel films if you didn't like that :P Unless you like to see eyeballs removed with scissors *o*
Norweigan Wood sounds more like a porno than Gurotesuku. Actually, I take that back, since the latter is Japanese. Love Exposure was... really weird but I reckon you'd enjoy it :D Summer Wars es numero uno :>

The only noticeable difference about V day was that my school's canteen was closed for the day and was only allowing in couples to eat, so a lot of people had to starve for the day *o* So now I'll always remember the day for making me exceptionally hungry :P No worries also, not like I'm expecting replies every hour after I send a message ^^

I don't really think 3D is entirely as hard as it seems to be, as long as you get some good software for it, it does seem kind of intimidating though :P Ah, that sux D: Friends are like, the only way to make school work without it being incredibly boring :o Does that mean you'll be getting a new roommate?

"Pekka give us small fishies" Is probably the best thing I've ever learnt in Finnish then :D Guessing you speak all in Finnish in your school instead of English then? After I thought about it for a second, realised it would probably be weird to speak a foreign language instead of the native tongue in a country xD That being said, never really spoken to anyone who's mother language wasn't English, and I've only really been to France and Spain and a lot of them speak English there :P A lot of Finnish songs I've heard actually sound like they just have random gibberish in them, maybe that's just due to my ignorance of the language though xD

Must be good that your class all like Gorillaz then, whenever one of my classes listens to music, we have some really horrible chart music, like Nicki Minaj ;_; Good reason to always take in headphones to lessons so you can listen to your own music :P It kind of goes that way with any boy band though, to be honest. I mean guys generally hate the boy bands because there isn't really any attraction to the music, most of the girls seem to like them for the looks of the band, etc. The only boy band I can say I've ever really liked a few songs of is the Backstreet Boys :P

Lord of the rings 3, replace the one ring with the One Direction pendant. IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO DESTROY IT! Provided you've seen the films that is, the Hobbit was also a great film that came out recently :D Speaking of films, you seen many Japanese films? Not anime ones that is, I recently watched the film "Love Exposure" which was 4hours long *O* Also, the studio who made Summer Wars and The Girl who Leapt Through Time made a new film, the wolf children or something like that, really want to see it. Be nice to see some more of their awesomeness, Summer Wars was exceptionally awesome I mean :D

You've also got me quite into Seremedy >.> liking their song Siren, will probably look at more of their stuff after school :P

Yeah I enjoyed it, took me a couple weeks to get past the first 7 episodes or so as I wasn't really into it in the beginning but ended up watching the rest in a day xD Hoping there will be a second season for it.

Had a fiddle around with Photoshop myself but never got a chance to try out illustrator or indesign, I'm guessing you use them for more of 2D designing? Pretty ignorant about the other two so I'm not sure if you can do 3D on there or not :P Or you could just quit school all together and become a NEET, live by the ocean and pray to Ahti for fresh fish erry'day (I was bored so I looked up some Finnish mythology and the giver of fish sounds like the best damn god ever). It'll be good to learn the Adobe programs though, considering the amount of stuff you can do with them, I've already tried to practice with Photoshop in the past but it's just got so damn much to it xD Yeah, you still got 2 years so plenty of time to think, less time working the better imo, even if it means more school :D

I shall look forward to seeing them *o* Yeah I kinda get the same with most of the people I listen to as well, like quite a lot of popular groups such as Daft Punk and Gorillaz and those two tend to be liked by a good amount of people but anything pretty obscure is almost impossible to get other people into xD They just don't know what they're missing out on :D Eugh, can say there's plenty of hate for One Direction in England; amongst mostly teenage males, that is. I'm not an exception :P

Oh, well that seems like a useful trinket if you ever need some quick monies :P But naw, if it was a gift best to keep it regardless if you like it or not. Hm, when you say use it, do you mean wear it or does it possess potentially magical powers to summon the band? If you saw the Olympics closing ceremony last year I think they were in it, if memory serves meh correctly.

I don't think they're as good as they use to be, I mean Demon Days was such an amazing album but Plastic Beach was really good as well. The two guys who make up the band had a fall out during Plastic Beach as Albarn didn't want as much animation or something, doesn't seem like they're going to be doing anything again but hope they do make up and make some more awesome music :D You should check out Melancholy Hill on Plastic Beach, that seems to be the most popular song on the album but my favourite is Empire Ants :D Stylo also has Bruce Willis in it :o So, yeah dey aweshum

Haha, same here, too lazy these days, as is said in Hyouka: "If I don't have to do it, I won't. If I have to do it, I'll make it quick" :D what the teachers are good for :P I was having trouble designing a product last week so my teacher just decided to basically prep everything for me, I only have a week to make a full sized final product now though D: Website design must be a very handy skill to have, whether it be for personal or professional use due to basically every business needing a website these days.
So do you use any programs such as AutoDesk in graphics? You'd be in school for less time if you stayed there, anyway, right? Don't know about you, but I'd not be able to spend more than a year at my current school xD You do need to put a lot of effort in though, spent my last year not really giving a crap as much and now I need to work dirtily hard to get the right grades for university :P So yeah, best to keep trying harder and harder. Will you be going onto another school i.e. uni when you're done with what you're doing now?

Your eyes would just fry and melt if you did :> Ah, I never really thought about the backgrounds, it's pretty quick on pc to do, depending on what you're going for anyway. On paper it just takes too long, especially if you're just going for a flat colour.
MAKE SOME MSI CHIBIS

They kinda seem pretty niche, I quite liked the song so might check out some more of their stuff. Kinda have the same effect whenever I try to convert someone into liking MSI, no one seems to get into them D: Peoples just can't handle the crazy. their music videos are damn hilarious actually, thinking about the ones they have. Ah, yeah Feel Good Inc. has an awesome video, I love all of the Gorillaz music videos though, El Manana was exceptionally good, I liked how it continued from Feel Good Inc's video with the flying windmill, also another great song. Have you seen any of the Plastic Beach videos/heard any of those songs? Been listening to Gorillaz all day XD Demon Days is such a great album <3

I find it easier only having coursework to deal with, always screw up with exams xD Sounds like you get a pretty diverse set of work to do with graphics, how'd the website go? Sounds like it must've been fun :P So is your course more focused on practical or digital graphics? Seems kinda mixed, my own design course is more based around practical designing of products, some of the other students are making books as well like you will be :P

No worries, the first couple of months of the year always seems to be busy periods for everyone :P You had any exams? That seems to be the most common reason :D I've been doing pretty well, thanks. I've been trying to draw until up around now today and I just don't think that I'm cut out for it XD How about you?
I'm guessing you get more coursework than exams with graphics design? It's like that in my school anywho.

You could typically get a benchmark pc for about maybe 300Euros or such, ones in that range would be able to run it okay.
Yeah, everyone seems to be overwhelmed by photoshop when they first give it a ago, all those options and layers and too many tools. Would be worth practicing it though, it's really fun to use once you get the general jist of it. You should give it a try :D See how it works out for ya.
