one thing for sure for me is that ever since I watched Gintama, I can really take Zoro from OP seriously anymore when I'm watching it. I always reminded of Hijikata and his mayo-mayo lol. PS. yeah, I think Gintama is close to the end.
yeah, it was after farewell shinsengumi and since then there's no "comedy arc anymore", kinda sad. I agree with you about the voice actors, they really fit their character really well. Honestly, Kagura ruin every "serious" character by Rie Kugimiya for me, I just can't take them seriously anymore XD
well, yeah. in anime/manga like Gintama (shounen, action, etc), I'm not the type who like the main character the most, beside I really love his randomness, and you can never tell when he was really trying to be funny or just pretending, like in that one arc when he become Shigeshige's bestfriend lol
