Fair enough. Whatever you do, don't ever watch Sword Art Online, or it will probably turn you off anime for good.

Have you ever thought of finishing off Shingeki no Kyojin? Then you can move onto LoGH. I'd also recommend Rose of Versailles very strongly. It inspired LoGH in a number of ways, only it's slightly geared more to females and has dated production values. It's still excellent though.

It's only the first two episodes that are released so far. The rest will come out on a weekly basis. I normally don't like watching anime like this but it actually suits an episodic show like Mushishi.

Both episodes I watched were great. It's just a pity they're not dubbed yet. I want to hear Travis Willingham's awesome voice!

Ah cool, you saw my Youtube stuff. I've seen half of Mushi-shi and then I got sidetracked and forgot to finish it. I'll probably pick it back up someday. Yeah Gankutsuou looks interesting.

It's fairly good but very slow paced so far. There is some good characters and interactions between them but the plot is moving a little too slowly for my liking. I think it it will get better soon.

It's annoying when that happens alright. It happened with me when I watched Fullmetal Alchemist. From then on I made a point to watch what I want to watch consistently or just not at all.

I've just rewatched episode 67 of Monster to refresh my memory. It's where everything comes together. The remaining episodes are fantastic. Please don't give up after getting this far.

I'm having a hard time negotiating my way around this site. I contributed to a most badass anime characters list recently but now I can't seem to be able to even find it without googling it. If I click on forum posts I have to input a load of information to get anywhere.

Yes, I feel the same way. It should have ended at around episode 25. That was much mroe than halfway through though.
