Happy to know my random appearance made you chuckle xD Same here, will always be super grateful for our friendship! Will def try to make this upcoming year a special one, and I’m happy you’re in it too! Anyways, let’s keep being silly weirdos and not regret our questionable mafia choices c:
Coming out of the cave definitely not to maintain the yearly tradition of wishing you a happy birthday here xD Anyways, happy bday again underling! Instead of writing you a full-on essay filled with cheesy words and questionable stuff/inside jokes that only we would technically understand, I’ll just wrap this up by saying that I’m truly grateful to have crossed paths with you here. It’s funny how someone from the other side of the world can become this special, but I guess that’s just one of my many blessings :D Let’s keep being our silly selves, and I hope you have a wonderful time, Lucas <3 You deserve to be showered with love and warm wishes not just today but everyday, and I also hope that this upcoming year treats you well! Or at least a bit better than this year, haha. You’re the best, underling. I really enjoy our Discord convos and how random we could be most of the time with everything that we rant about, from topics like music all the way to made-up mafia scenarios xD Ok, I’ll shut up now c:
I think most people stay in relationships for the wrong reasons. For example, if all women found financial independence today, you'd see an increase in breakups and divorces beginning from tomorrow.
Japan and Korea are incentivizing getting married/having children, but their incentives are short sighted. If both parents have to do a gruelling 9-5 job just to stay afloat in order to manage rent and foods, no amount of gifts/bonuses is going to change the fact that they're too exhausted to even look after a child. Governments need to focus on rising inflation and the constantly increasing property prices, work timings and holidays off work, if they really want people to have children.
Koreans really don't have much of a culture they can call their own. At least in China, even if they're hyper capitalistic by nature, they hold onto their ancient Chinese roots. But Koreans? Nope.
Yes, but it law school, so not exactly easy. They can be challenging, especially because they test not only your understanding of the law but also your ability to apply it to complex fact patterns.
I have exams coming up, so I have been busy with my studies. In one of my class we have a section with 30 multiple choice and another section that is essay and take about 2 hours. All my other exams are essays.
Not really. It's also bc most people view divorce as a taboo/failure of their relationship. Many women are also not independent enough to divorce their husbands bc they're financially dependent on them. Thankfully, this scenario is changing.
Ah, I listened to all your songs but they aren't really the type I enjoy. Maybe you could share newer releases with me?
You're right about the cultural aspect. Apart from India and China, I haven't come across a major movie/music industry that celebrates its culture. I mean, look at Korean songs, for example. 100% Western clothes.

The real question is: who are YOU?
