Lol, I mean it was a good enough watch 7/10.

The first part (around 13 episodes) is quite a drag, and story-wise is pretty bad. I'd give it a 4/10 if that's all it was.
But after the first part, the anime takes an entire 180 degree, thinks start getting more interesting and more ridiculous every episode, which made for a pretty fun experience. You couldn't tell what will happen in the next episode, and the ludicrous plot twists at the end of every episodes makes you want to see more.

The soundtrack, animation, and art was the best part of the anime, I don't think I would enjoy it at all if it didn't have this level quality in it.
The story was bad melodrama for the 1st part, and enjoyable melodrama for the 2nd part (2nd part also felt more reasonable). Also the prompt they used for the 2nd part was executed decently enough, so I need to give it credit for that.
