I know that you aren't a seasonal watcher but I do think you should consider the offer of joining the Anime Guild.
At the Anime Guild we do many features like choosing the Best Opening, Ending, Character and Anime of the season.

Also here another currently airing anime I found thats quite good Yuusha ni Narenakatta Ore wa Shibushibu Shuushoku wo Ketsui Shimashita(the longest name EVER!) and its really funny its about a hero who couldn't become a hero and the demon lords daughter who both get full time jobs and end up working together its super ecchi too though but still good, I really love the art

Kaichou is Special A with better drawings basically but it has its own charm to I'm certain you'll really like it ^_^

almost finished now, this is one of the first times I literally have to take a break after 2-3episodes while watching an anime, at first I was really interested all the characters were amazing and mostly unique plus you wont find a plot like this anywhere else but MY GOD a lot of nothing happens and I'm starting to hate how pathetic the main protagonist is, he has like no presence and the most interesting thing he's done so far is stand in front of a woman and press a button on his phone to send a message -.-

I think if they didn't drag it out so much it would have been more enjoyable but I reckon I'm only going to give it an 8/10 :L

Oh and another point you said they don't live normal day to day lives? if celty wasn't there and shizzy wasn't so strong it would be completely normal, I mean mikado just made a "team" website and any amount of average people joined it most of which aren't hoodlums at all :/ other than that all he does is go to school and back and deal with drama. I dunno maybe I should have watched this before gurren laggan and it might not have been so boring :/ I mean two episodes ago kido found out mikado was the boss of the dollars and nothing happened, no emotion, no drama, no scene where you hear the thoughts inside his head contemplating about what he should do literally nothing :L I suppose when I'm always expecting an anime to explode in my face for 20minutes an episode its hard for everything i watch to be interesting but I had such high hopes for this because the characters were so spectacular, well I'll see how it goes I suppose :L

Holo from Spice and Wolf was in the first episode O.O I'm 7 minutes in and they already hooked me, all the other companies should learn something from this xD

Looks good I might check it out ^^ although I'd prefer to wait till all the episodes are out so I can marathon it :P

My next challenge is to attempt to marathon One Piece xD

I have no idea what I should watch now, I think I shouldn't marathon everything good I find xD I mean gurren lagann was long(ish) but it only lasted half a day :(

I finished it, It was epic. I have mixed feelings about the ending but I gave it a 10 nonetheless :3 I'm kind of in a state of shock now that its over xD

Well generally most people watch anime as if they were the protagonist so I guess its just jealousy xD episode 16 now and I'm really starting to miss Kamina :( but I like the new Simon ^_^ I still have my hopes up for him and Yoko(although I'm preparing to have my hopes crushed xD )

What!!! you haven't seen season 3?? its what makes all the boring stuff you forced yourself to watch great!! if you treat it like a ridiculously slow paced anime with a lot of filler and its all leading up to season 3!!

As for special A I wouldn't say their legs are long but the fact that they're so ridiculously skinny it makes them look like they're to long, the drawings aren't great but its one of thos animes where the characters, their interactions and the events are what make the anime so great ^_^

Wow Gurren Lagann is great ^_^ I'm not sure if it was the producers intention but on episode 8 when Yoko kissed Kamina I lost my mind... I literally had to pause the episode and ask myself if I wanted to continue xD but then Simon saw them and they way he reacted I knew something was going to happen, I kind of feel bad now because after they kiss I said to myself I hope Kamina dies and well you know what happened at the end of that episode :/

anyway heres your much anticipated "must-watch" anime:
Asura Cryin mecha with a hint of romance, and I mean hint
Eureka Seven AO, its the continuation of eureka seven, much more colorful and told from a different perspective(protagonist)
Canvas 2: not too bad of a romance
Inu x Boku: romance with a twist has demons and stuff
Itazura na kiss: Clannad with out the emotional load
Kaichou wa maid-sama: WATCH THIS WATCH THIS WATCH THIS
Myself;yourself:same as above well drawn and compelling
shakugan no shan:takes a while to get there but its one of my favorite romances, has demons and shizz
Steins;gate: must watch incarnate
Tasogare Otome x Amnesia: compelling
Sukitte Ii na yo: Adorable, and a lot more "normal" if thats what you prefer
Special A: I suggest you watch this before kaichou wa maid sama, they're almost the exact same but kaichou is a litle better, simple because its newer and better drawn both are great though

these are good to but they're more ecchi/harem

Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai(not really ecchi/harem but you'll know when you see it)
Dakara Boku wa, H ga Dekinai
and of course high school DxD is one of my favorites, its a more of a harem but theres not an episode where you wont laugh and the protagonists is in love with one of the girls and you really want that relationship to happen and it will(according to the manga) but its his wish to be the king of harem and if you watch the second season theres something that happens to do with this that I spent literally 5-6 minutes laughing at

the romance lovers part or the review part? :P

We have similar tastes to 65.3% isn't bad I think the highest I've ever seen was 84ish
