Just keeping track of the shit ton of anime people recommend to me. I mean, look at that shit.

Criteria for Ratings:

10: Enjoyed every minute. Loved the music, the story, the animation, basically everything. High rewatchability. It evoked an emotional response during my viewing (e.g., comedy that made me laugh out loud, Drama that made me tear up, Action that kept me enthralled, etc.). Excellent conclusion for that particular show. Contender for top anime.

9: Enjoyed most episodes. Enjoyed the music, story, and animation. Might watch again. Ending was great for the show, but it could've been even better. Kept me entertained throughout.

8: Most episodes were decent. Enjoyed only two of the three categories found in 9 and 10. Probably won't watch again. Ending wasn't groundbreaking, but decent for the show. Was at least interesting to continue watching.

7. Some episodes were decent. Enjoyed only two of the three categories found in 9 and 10. Won't watch again. Ending was bland and needs improvement. Had some thoughts, such as "How much longer until it's over? This is boring. Why am I watching this again?" during my viewing. Was mildly interesting to continue watching.

6. Only one or two episodes were decent. Enjoyed only one of the three categories found in 9 and 10. Won't ever watch again (ever). Ending sucked just as much as the show itself. Regretted watching this, but I never drop anime, so I carried on. Wasn't even interesting in the slightest; mostly a time-killer.

My ratings are 6 and above. Any less and I wouldn't have even watched it.

P.S. Also, because MyAnimeList is stupid, I watched Scott Pilgrim Takes Off on June 2025 and gave it an 8/10 rating.
