# 01 # 10 # No Game No Life

Wow. Fascinating and exciting from beginning to the end. Great MC's, great and interesting plot and the right amount of fan-service for an Ecchi show Nothing to complain about this show. The art is great but it takes a bit of time to get used to it. I love this Anime.



# 02 # 10 # Sidonia no Kishi (Knights of Sidonia)

Epic. Great setting, story and action. The art feels a bit weird at the beginning but you get used to it. Thumbs up for a worthy and interesting enemy. This is how a good Mecha show should be.



# 03 # 10 # Selector Infected WIXOSS

Amazing! Many surprises, twists and shocking moments. In some points similar to Madoka. Cute girls going trough hell what is there more to ask for. In the beginning I was afraid that there would be to much focus on the card game but this didn't happen. No detailed explanations of the card game are bothering the story. Can't wait for the second part.




# 04 # 09 # Hitsugi no Chaika (Chaika –The Coffin Princess-)

Great quest! Good and interesting characters, backgrounds to discover, existential questions and the whole mixed in with really good fights, action and the right amount of comedy. Can't wait for the 2nd season.



# 05 # 09 # Gokukoku no Brynhildr (Brynhildr in the Darkness)

Gore and Ecchi: What more do you need? Nice show but the end felt way too rushed.



# 06 # 09 # Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo Returns (The File of Young Kindaichi Returns)

Very good detective show. Interesting cases with some really extravagant solutions while still remaining credible to some degree. Some cases where quite long making it difficult to follow them over 5 weeks of waiting where you could easily forget important details. I will be looking if I can find a completely translated version of the prequel.



# 07 # 08 # Black Bullet

Could also be named: "Rentarou builds his loli-harem". Joke aside it's an entertaining well animated show. For my taste there was too much focus on the discrimination story and the dramatical moments seemed way too forced.



# 08 # 08 # Kenzen Robo Daimidaler (DAIMIDALER: PRINCE VS. PENGUIN EMPIRE)

The Japanese are very creative when it comes to find some power source for their giant robots. This time the Mecha needs the pilot to do perverted things... Well this could have come straight from the "story" of an Hentai but it's hilariously funny. Penguins from another dimension, great characters, much Ecchi and much more crazy ridiculous stuff are making this Anime really enjoyable. Confident perverted males and no "accidental" Ecchi the whole time. This is how such a show has to be done.



# 09 # 08 # Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii (The World is Still Beautiful)

Surprise hit for me. No expectations at first but got really hooked to the story. Nice Anime.



# 10 # 08 # Break Blade (TV) (Broken Blade)

Interesting setting, great fights and mechanics, cool characters and a decent plot. Very enjoyable Mecha, especially since characters are dying like they should in a war even if the MC starts acting at first like the typical character who would never kill.



# 11 # 08 # Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin (TV) (Nanana's Buried Treasure)

Interesting Anime. Loved the detective. Would have been better with a higher focus on the ghost than the "mazes" to some treasure.



# 12 # 08 # Mangaka-san to Assistant-san to The Animation (The Comic Artist and His Assistants)

Funny shorts. Nothing special but very entertaining.



# 13 # 08 # Baby Steps

As occasional tennis player I really enjoyed this Anime. It's funny that I can put a real face I encountered in different clubs on every character in this show (well besides our note taker. No one will do this).
Adorable MC and supporting cast. Funny, serious and motivating. Well done.



# 14 # 07 # Abarenbou Rikishi!! Matsutarou (Rowdy Sumo Wrestler Matsutaro!!)

What an impossible MC with an awful attitude to anyone beside his love interest. That's an rare exotic MC. He alone makes the show worth watching. Funny even without knowing a thing about sumo.



# 15 # 07 # Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei (The Irregular at Magic High School)

Quite hyped show at first but couldn't live up at first to it. The first part about the discrimination of course 2 students was simply ridiculous. If magicians are so rare and needed don't you think there would be a way to find another building for the course two students since they aren't following the same courses anyway and so eliminate this problematic two class system? The whole concept of this magic academy is more than strange anyway. There seems to be barely anyone who needs teaching. Most of the students can easily cope with terrorists and the army or are already enrolled in some military faction. If it would be a military academy I this school would make at least some sense but here I don't understand why the MC's even take the risk and the useless effort to go to this school.
To put it short. Only the parts about Shiba doing stuff outside of school for the military or fighting organised crime were good and interesting. The whole school part could have been easily cut out and the show would only benefit from it... Beside that the magic in the show was quite too overpowerd. A bit less would have been better.

Has it very good moments but the mood is ruined by annoying characters apparently only present to give fan-service with bouncing boobs... Great MMO-feeling nonetheless.



# 17 # 07 # Kamigami no Asobi

Entertaining reverse-harem. Interesting story and characters and likeable MC. The idea is kind of absurd to put ancient gods in a high school setting to learn about humanity. Well of course only having male gods and 1 real human female is a pure coincidence... One rival would have been a great addition to the story.



# 18 # 07 # Mekakucity Actors

Too much time spend on the background from the characters for my taste. Beside that it's all right but nothing special.



# 19 # 06 # Akuma no Riddle (Riddle Story of Devil)

What a wasted potential... Not enough dying for this kind of show. Strange reasons for the story. Could have been a lot better.



# 20 # 06 # Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou (The Kawai Complex Guide to Manors and Hostel Behavior )

Somehow similar to Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo, but not nearly as good. To be honest this Anime would have been way better by removing the two main characters and only leaving the supporting cast... Their romance story is simply boring. The "crazy" environment is way more interesting than their "developing" relationship.



# 21 # 06 # M3: Sono Kuroki Hagane (M3 The Dark Metal)

Too long and slow at some times making it boring... Cut down on 13 episodes it would have been a better show. Boring and depressing is quite hard to enjoy...



# 22 # 05 # Seikoku no Dragonar (Dragonar Academy)

This Anime tries to be more than it is. The story feels way to heavy for the expected atmosphere of the show. Some really annoying characters don't help enjoying it more. Some stories are really boring. Well good to kill some time but it won't be anything to remember.



# 23 # 05 # Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka? (Is the Order a Rabbit?)

Cute girls doing cute things. Beside that: Nothing. Not very funny and it gets boring with the time.



# 24 # 04 # Captain Earth

The fate of the earth lies in the hands of 4 rebelling teens. Humanity is doooooomed! This Anime is a mess and catastrophe. Directly from the start we can see how absurd and full of plot-holes this one would be... Some kid on vacation can simply enter a state research facility disposing of actual alien organism... The Americans may secure their Area 51 a bit too much but the Japanese should at least consider putting up a bit more security... Well the rest of the story isn't much better. Simply put "our" teen heroes can do everything way better than any adult and are going to save earth.
Many episodes are wasted on introducing new characters barely used after this and only visible in the background of the existing characters.
The naming of mechanisms or organisations is simply ridiculous... Which person in their right mind would name a serious organisation "Salty Dog" for example. At least they have some cool gadgets like a string phone with company logo. In addition to that you have to remember a ton of terms with strange names to understand what is happening.
What a pain to finish this. At least there where some funny moments to don't make this a complete loss.



# 25 # 04 # Kanojo ga Flag wo Oraretara (If Her Flag Breaks)

13 episodes and more members in the harem than you can count on two hands: Rushed, not enough focus on some members. A few less would have been way better. Beside that it's hard to enjoy this kind of story when the main character has nearly the entire time a Sword of Damocles in form of a flag on his head... And the chaos at the ending... Bad Anime with a few good moments.




# 26 # 03 # Fuuun Ishin Dai☆Shogun (Dai-Shogun: Great Revolution)

At some points it's unclear if this is an Anime or a picture drama... This show really lacks animation at so many points that it becomes painful to watch at some moments. The plot... Ahem... The little there is: Bad and boring like the Anime. I hope I will soon forget this show...
