Interest Stacks  After watching just about all of the OVAs released in the 1980s, these are the ones I rated 6, meaning I consider them to be decent.   Anime about penguins.   I add what I remember   Sekai Douwa Anime Zenshuu is dated as either 1986 or 1990 on different sites, so I will keep on this list for now.   The best anime movies made in the pre-1985/pre-OVA style. Many of these were marketed in the West as bargain-bin kids' movies, often with cheap dubs; however, they often have high-quality animation, are often artistic, and have distinctive styles. |
