Koori Zokusei Danshi to Cool na Douryou Joshi

Kind-hearted Himuro-kun is unfortunate: when in deep concentration, stressed, or flustered, he involuntarily creates blizzard conditions for himself and anyone in his vicinity. During one such incident on the first day of his new job, Himuro-kun encounters the beautiful Fuyutsuki-san, who helps him break out of his nerve-induced ice. As it turns out, Fuyutsuki-san is his new coworker.

At the office, the cool-headed Fuyutsuki-san offers simple and rational solutions to Himuro-kun's icy dilemmas—everything from helping him garden without freezing his plants to ensuring he does not melt during their tropical work retreat. Every time Fuyutsuki-san does something kind for him, the tempest of emotions he experiences inside embarrassingly manifests on the outside.

As a result of the frequent snowstorms, Himuro-kun's feelings for Fuyutsuki-san are impossible to hide. Even though Fuyutsuki-san is unfamiliar with love, Himuro-kun remains determined to repay her kindness and warm her heart in any way he can.

One of the first romance anime I watched and I love it sooo much. And don't now why there are some negatives reviews, the animation is peak, the story is awesome. I completly recommand watch it. The story is unique and captiving. It's sad because they use all of the 7 tomes for the season 1 so why need to wait a looot before we can hope a season 2 to drop. I put this review because.. why not. If you want some same peak romance anime with godanm annimation, I recommand Redo Of Healer, it's pretty similar and the animation are quite beatiful ... too !

Mixed Feelings

It'a kinda cute. Really. With that said, everything's sort of said. There isn't much more to the show.

It's a pretty slow-paced, semi-entertaining show with a few unique features. The world is inhabited by Yokai, and our ML is essentially the child of a Snow Woman. Sounds interesting, doesn't it? Don't get your hopes up. The world is never really expanded. We know the ML has snow effects when he feels in love, nervous, scared, whatever. Like, his feet literally freeze up when he's nervous. It's pretty fun, but ultimately it's an overused gimmick with no real consequences. It sounds more interesting than it actually is. ... They use it as a 'cutesy' gimmick when they look into eachother's eyes and blush for like the hundredth time (without the FL ever realizing she's crushing for him).

The biggest disappointment I have with the show is its lack of mature characters. We're in modern-day Japan and our protagonists are young adults entering the office worklife. They meet here. Despite that, the characters basically all have zero experience with love and lack the cognitive functions needed to go beyond being a twelve-year old kid. The FL is quiet and never realizes her feelings. The ML isn't much better. He often dawdles and doesn't know what to say or do. It's both endearing and aggrevating, as this is a show with adults. They're also super reserved and formal. It's not just them, all characters are. It's just kinda weird.

The show isn't bad. Like I said, it's kinda cute. Kinda endearing. But for all its wonder of snow... by the end of it, you feel left with just a puddle.

I am SOOOOOO tired of animes being marked as romance yet they never end up together or even kiss, the idea was unique and could have been cute had they actually ended up together and we saw them date for the first time and all that but instead it's just about two coworkers having crushes on each other and never ending up together. Sure maybe it had a second season they planned on doing but most romance animes never do have a second season so why bother marking it as romance.

Lastly what in the world is up with him being a kid when he is ... hot? ??? He catches a fever and becomes a child which then has a weird scene that gives pedo vibes where he falls on top of her and she is blushing looking at him like she is about to kiss him AS A CHILD!!!!!
