He is considered an introverted person since he usually enjoys solitary activities. With time and due to the influence of the members of the Otogi family this has changed since he likes to spend time with them and considers them as his family.
Despite his arrogant or introverted attitude, he is a good person who enjoys helping others.
It was later revealed that he is a werewolf, with a different personality named Wolf. After the events of Dogs and Raindrops, Keigo becomes a Nico's familiar along Wolf.
