Najika Hiiragi spends the entire show in a short business skirt so tiny it’s practically just a belt. No matter the scene, her white panties are almost always on full display (which just makes then stand out even more under a black skirt lol), and with the skirt being black, they stand out like a spotlight. This is beyond the fact every female character in the series is always in some outfit that has an exaggeratively too short skirt and the choice camera angles... Other examples include "Agent AIka" with the Delmo outfits... Pure unintentional genius? lol |

I'd go with the schoolgirl uniforms from Akashic Records of Bastard Instructor. I don't remember them ever coming up as a plot point with characters commenting on or complaining about them. |
