no thats not a second season its just a tv series which is more sfw and an ova series for the more ecchi stuff. they are both season 1s

Its a 12 ep ova (2008-2016) not sure (double check pls, ty)
and a 12 ep tv series

As much as I love CSM with all my being, I have to come here to agree.

Kiss x Sis was my gateway to Ecchi/Hentai and incest stuff shaping my tastes, to my family's disgrace. (no, I don't have a sister).

Agreed, I think most of the enjoyment comes from the fact that it's borderline hentai instead of just hentai, the tapioca episode woudn't have been so peak if the characters just went and had sex, and the hentai industry is just so monotone.
