We -ventured throughcancerous forum games and tilting anime discussions. Till we got so bored and nosy that we started surfing profiles. We were completely blown away by the beautiful gfx layouts found on MAL. Who knew -such vibrant emotions can be expressed- through these? Then a new sensation hit MAL. It -was BBCode layouts. These intricate detailed layouts showed us how -beauty can often be achieved through sheer simplicity. To honour and recognize both talents we, at CK, are launching: Project Recognize: MAL Profile Layout Contest. So come join us and let us set our tents to admire the hard-work GFX & BBCode artists put forth in bringing excellence on MAL. May the best GFX & BBCode Layout win Quick disclaimer to the Patent Police: We know such competitions might exist elsewhere on MAL. No, we aren't copying you. We are just having our own. So take it easy and get in on the enjoyment <3 ｍｏｎｔｈ ｏｆ ｄｅｃｅｍｂｅｒ Nominate a profile of your choice from MAL, you are allowed to choose up to 5 bbcode AND 5 gfx maximum. Two separate contestswill be held each month for the two types of layouts. Layouts cannot be made by anyone else except the user being nominated. The top 3 contest winners cannot be nominated the following month. Judges cannot be nominated and screenshots are required! 1st place - A banner, 150 cookies, bragging rights 2nd place - A banner, 100 cookies 3rd place - A banner, 50 cookies ｔｏｕｒｎａｍｅｎｔ ｓｔｒｕｃｔｕｒｅ This tournament will be divided in Three Acts:--------------------------------------------------------------First Act: 15 days to take all the MAL Profile Nominations.------------------------------------------------ ---------Second Act: 5 days for Professional Hand-Picked Judges expert in layout making to evaluate & grade layouts. Third Act: 5 days for MAL users to vote for their favourite from the top layouts graded by the judges. Finally we announce 3 winners from each layout style with appropriate prizes.--------------------------- |
