DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Maybe the best episode in this arc, they really turned it to a mind game, and it's really good, too bad the shuttle trap wasn't going well. When Adam said that he and Luna can communicate I was like, why is everyone doesn't see it suspicious? But either than that this is a really good episode and finally the animation stabilized. |

| I know I praised this episode in the first comment but.. well this episode is still good, it's just the overall writing in this arc. firstly not huge problem but inconsistent in the series. polt estimated it will take an hour to reach the ship, scene after that we see that the prisoners gang reached feary lake, but in the end of the episode they reached the beach. why is it inconsistent? because in the early 10 episodes (8 I think) they said that walking from the beach to feary lake is 3 hours? even if it was just for going to take water from the lake, its supposed to take at least hour and a half walking. so it's either serious inconsistent, or that it took them more time to reach the spaceship. now for the overall arc, the writing is all over the place for so many reasons. first of all, the trick of "holding them" actually worked several times. as Brindo said, they underestimated them as kids too much. but its also down to the Luna group never really using the opportunities well. just for this episode they gave up on Adamu ship for saving pagu life. I mean, they knew that doing trades like this wouldn't work, like with howardo tried to do this. but in the very only time they actually didn't meant seriously they gave up? after all killing pagu will just make them fortress themself much more. in the end it's luna group that played to their hands. next there is the fact that even the ruins trap, that was genius move, didn't held them for too long. or as kaoru said, they should just hurry up. in the end this entire cat & mouse chase neither side won until now. and even luna group trusted too much they will underestimate and gonna fall for the same traps as before. I mean how obvious you could already be? and not to talk about how they just threw away the entire "ruins is spaceship" card. because when you think about it, if they could had use the ruins as a trap card, they could'v done it from the start. in other words the chase of this episode is the same chase we had all over this arc, only that this time brindo gang managed to overcome the traps. making this entire arc as entertainment filler. this is the 7th episode in this arc alone. and considering the important parts (the beginning and howardo development) this could'v been much shorter. |
