| Who would’ve thought there’ll be burger shops down here in this trash world. Really tells you there’s a lot to learn about their world, but yeah, the early Gachiakuta was pretty rough. Add all the screaming and basically zero communication skills Rudo brings to the table… yeah pretty rough lol. Btw, will dude ever meet an adult who won’t take advantage of him? I mean I know Enjin found him and is kinda looking after him, but let’s not forget it was him who left Rudo at the mercy of those trash collectors, just to see his powers. Thank god btw they did go over the “jinki” stuff and all, I mean otherwise all of that power up we saw Rudo jumping around with last episode wouldn’t have made much sense. Of course, he the main guy so his powers are kind of extraordinary too. I agree with Zanka, I mean that’s actually kind of like a cheat code when you can turn anything you touch into jinki. Except he doesn’t actually know how to use his own power, so it doesn’t make much difference. Decent follow-up episode, but yeah, it’s going to take time. Also this being a trash world doesn’t mean you can play around with shit xD |
Ah yes, toilet humor in a battle shounen series, the 2000's nostalgia coming back to me. Rudo cluelessness traumatized Zanka and gave Enjin a lifetime of laughs lmao |

This face had me wheezing for air like you don't even know bro LMAO It's incredible how Zanka's introduction managed to be so badass, introspective and hilarious all at once. Watching Rudo actually follow Zegto's teachings amidst his rage and get rewarded for it was genuinely really cool (while it lasted), and the potential having gloves as a vital instrument is insane |

| That plunger really had unlimited shit on it, whoever threw it out must have destroyed their toilet 😭 that segment was pretty funny though, they even included the classic Scooby-Doo style hallway chase lol. Zanka's personality switched up real quick (as would anyone's when you're having a shit-filled plunger swung at you). Also, it was nice to get the rundown from Enjin on stuff like Anima and vital instruments. OP from the episode 2 discussion thread complained that Rudo got a random ass power-up "just because," when that "random" power-up got explained literally 1 episode later. Huh, what do you know, having that little thing called patience does wonders in preventing one from making oneself look like a dumbass ☕️ |

| Red hair girl here finally now I can actually lock in lol. She’s so pretty wtf. Congrats to Rudo for finally finding a halfway decent set of friends. The cleaners have a noble mission and will help him learn the exist of his powers, get money and give him some sort of direction. Win win for everyone. Think this is the first time I’ve ever seen the student beat the master in the first fight of a battle shonen? Fighting with a shitty plunger is CRAZY though. This is definitely a show you can’t watch on a full stomach tho because ngl a lot of this shit is very gross and the core theme of trash/dirtiness is hard to stomach at times. It’s definitely a unique story though so credit to the author. s/o to regto as well. You know you’ve been a great parent when you continue to parent from beyond the grave. We lost him too soon, but his lessons to Rudo continue to help guide him and literally saved him today. Sometimes you just gotta say sorry and try to defuse stuff instead of trying to win every fight. |

| Very solid episode. Paced well too with proper character introduction and decent humor for a change. Still don't like constantly screaming trait of main character. Hopefully that goes away at some point. |

| Two things to point out (Other than the Scooby-Doo aah chasing sequence): The protagonist having common sense to thank people and try to de-escalate fights is a breath of fresh air compared to the protagonist of Tougen Anki, who feels like the people who appear in EWU-type videos that turn a speeding ticket into multiple felony charges. Also, in episode 1 I remember reading credits for "Graffiti Design". I can now see why: Those fuck.  |
| WE GET IT, IT'S POOP! One second they're doing unfunny comedy, the next second bloody rage, and they're flip-flopping on a dime. I still want to see more of these cool-looking characters and more of the world, but it's becoming torture to sit through these meaningless, nonsensical, cringe-inducing scenes. One more episode. |
