This episode definitely had some creepiness to it again as Saku seemed uneasy that someone is watching her. Kaya still had to play the role of a problem solver. |

@Halqifibrax look like it's actually someone suicide, kids thinks the corpse is a ghost since they don't even know what corpse is, the teacher knows immediately that it's a corpse, probably hanging. Both see different things, but equally terrifying.

| Can’t get over how much this takes me back to dark gathering and Mieruko chan. It’s such an interesting story to balance Kaya being a normal kindergartener and trying to make friends with her constantly being harassed by evil spirits. Now she’s even got devoted fan club members like Mob chasing after her lmao. It makes the show’s key visual where Kaya is simultaneously standing in two worlds, the land of the living and of the dead at once, that much more impactful. She’s got a really strong ability, but she is just a little kid who wants a normal life. The spirited away apparition taking the form of the kids’ mothers was a really dirty trick, even Kaya almost fell for it if not for Mob, so I have to give him credit there, even though he comes like a fat ass pedophile 😭 they definitely knew what they were going for with his design. Now I’m really interested in seeing where this goes. Chie really should’ve have reported him when she saw him in the forest tho technically lmao. Also, why did Kaya’s dad not question why his daughter was with another grown man?? |

| @uncleqrow They haven’t skipped much at all, but they’ve definitely shifted the order of events around a little bit. In the manga the lady who hanged herself was after meeting Mob, here it was before. Without a doubt there’s going to have to be 2-3 chapters or so skipped in order to end it at the best spot in just 12 episodes. But as long as they’re able to shift things around a little bit they can probably do it while only needing to skip a little bit of the weakest or least necessary stuff. |

@uncleqrow I think they're going to rearrange stuff so we introduce the plot points in the first 3 episodes
| @yamiyugi101 This right here. It’s for the better honestly, rearranging events a little bit can help with pacing and if they do need to skip anything from the manga they can be more selective on what exactly they skip if they’re willing to make minor changes. |

| The story and manga are good because horror stories are often intertwined with reality and serve as a lesson, and although Kaya is strong, she is still a child and I'm glad that the adaptation is turning out great. |

| @Howie284 Pretty much nothing as of episode 2. All they’ve done is rearrange a couple things and skip the “red light, green light” part from chapter 4. It’s overall just helping the anime pacing be better aligned with an episode than just straight adapting the manga 1:1. |

| At least Kaya exorcised the ghost that was haunting the person that died. Unfortunately, Kaya not exorcising the Spirited Away ghost was the right move, she would lose a friend right there. Make one of the helpers very 'stranger danger' as possible. |

| Osamu's silhouette made me think Sakamoto turned to the dark side at first. Kaya's style of persuading her fellow kindergarteners with kindergartner speak continues to be endearing. "She's your mommy, but you can't. Just because." |
| This episode hits hard, with the kidnapping ghost luring kids away, combined with the molester looking dude. MVP Sensei looking out for the children. It's also heartwarming to see the other kids playing with Kaya after she was introduced as an outcast in the first episode. |
