| Miyu looked great in her yukata and it's about time this show checked off the festival based episode from its bucket list. I find it amusnig how this episode still made her look clumsy at times. Some things just seems to never change for Miyu. But yeah, this episode had it all from what you'd expect out of a festival episode - fireworks, net scooping, etc. Good for Miyu on making some happy memories. |

| Miyu in yukata is so freaking adorable 😍😍we were fed good today. I LOVE how much of a yapper she is and how she always tries to get Tani’s opinion on the most random shit. Like yess girl tell us how Bibimbap should be pronounced! The way I smiled and giggled hard af when Tani said he related to her and liked the smell of rain and the way he called her beautiful ahh fuck man this is too good a romance manga for jump. This should’ve been a shoujo 😭 the author’s other work is shoujo so this was probably a case of jump picking it up and offering a better deal. |

| It's the weekly treat of giddiness once again and this time with more characters in mind which is something I really like about this show. On one part of it we had Watanabe and Yamada struggling with their studies and also getting closer to Tani by having him explain them while having his coworker giggling. He also stroke up a little conversation with Satou who wanted to be part of it as well. Lovely to see the one Suzuki likes getting also with her friends. Then in her night errands we got to see Taira again who wasn't at all excited to see his classmates attend his night job. Of course, by her being around in gym clothes she didn't expect Tani to show up and he did, causing her to vanish but later on to explain how she wants to look her best for him. Also having her shortly rest her head on his lap was pretty heartwarming. Lastly it's the fireworks festival part and the giddyness overload of Suzuki as she was not only happy to appear like a couple with Tani but also from all the fun activities she did with him. Even with the fireworks display she got to almost kiss him and going back to that moment saying "wait a second, I want this". We may be able to get to see it by the end of the season. All in all, a happy go lucky episode, as expected. |

| CUTEEEEE EPISODEEEE. Suzuki and friends never fail to make me laugh. Each supporting character brings the story to life. Even though this is my least favorite episode of the anime, it still ranks very high for me. PEAK SUZUKI'S KIMONO. The color combination of Suzuki's outfit this time is SO CUTE. There's not much else to say, except that WE NEED TANI AND SUZUKI TO KISS THIS SEASON. the 3rd side couple is coming very soonnnnn. Nishi my beloved.  |

| Truly a show that just makes you smile for 25 minutes. Suzuki is the perfect little dork. I liked that they added the little "this is Suzuki" caption when she was leaving for the store, i was legit looking at her like hmm i think that's suzuki? |
| This anime really reminds me of zom 100 as in I feel like the studio/author behind it is really enjoying and taking a very creative approach with the anime like their really doing a lot with the generally quite simplistic art style but its very unique and well animated. Other than that this was another cute episode, this show so far feels insanely focused on Miyu's pov of their relationship so I hope we get a little more into the mind of Yuusuke at some point soon |

| No LOL moments this week but still lots of cute fun stuff. Her blonde dumb guy friend is a real playa ain't he hanging out in a study group with all girls. I felt bad for the girl Tani works with in the library she looked like she wanted to join in but just had to laugh to herself. Is this how Japan schools work? There are just a couple smart kids and all the dumb ones just copy their homework? It was pretty funny but at the same time I am glad they put the arrow with the identification at the start of the scene with her at home in her casual wear because I didn't recognize her at first either. lol |
| Nothing wrong with an early summer festival episode, it ended up being another date pretty much and it had a lot of really nice moments, although I did feel bad for Suzuki because she felt like she couldn’t get all giddy or high on the atmosphere, I say just let loose and whatever happens, happens lol, but I also respect her trying to contain herself. And I really liked that Tani picked out a spot to see the fireworks from the festival they didn’t go to, big brain move on his part, and I also like how he just naturally said “let’s get closer next time”, as in closer to the fireworks next year, because earlier on it was brought up by Watanabe that they may not be together next year, well if Tani is already thinking of a next year with Suzuki in it, I don’t think she has anything to worry about. Also, Suzuki’s yukata and hairstyle was really cute, W Tani for calling her beautiful when he first saw her. The episode wasn’t just the summer festival tho, there was a studying bit near the start that had a moment between Satou and Tani that I liked, the rest of the friend group is hitting it off with Tani so I’m glad Satou can get along with him too. There was also the convenience store bit, poor Taira’s part-time job has been found out already lol, and there were some really good Tani and Suzuki moments here, it was easy to see Tani showing up coming, but I’m glad he did because that bike ride scene was so sweet, I also predicted a cop would show up but the moment was still great regardless lol. And I like what Suzuki said about summer nights, there’s a good Survivor song about that, also the smell after the rain is relatable too, I don’t live in a city but I still know it lol. |
| The chibi animation for when Suzuki is running slowly is hilariously cute. Optically Taira really is Ayanokoji. Of course Suzuki was bound to run into Tani, but that was like class meeting xD God, this is so fucking good. |

| It's so freaking cute to see Tani and Suzuki smile. Especially Tani cause he rarely does it. And Suzuki looks good when she smiles too. I guess the problem is when a camera is pointing at her face. I'm guessing the girl from the library will eventually join the cast. Lmao, everyone was ganging up on Taira in the store. It was funny to see Suzuki run from Tani. Yeah, these 2 are different, but they're also similar in unexpected ways. Their brains are sometimes synced. And they often like the same things. I think by the end of the series, we'll see more similarities between the two instead of differences. Can't be a romcom anime without a fireworks festival. And it was really cute. The sad part about these summer festival episodes is that I've seen so many of them, I can't remember any unique one... Like I vaguely remember a specific scene that I really liked but I can't remember which show it's from... Anyway, great episode. Loved it. I never expected this anime to be this good either. |
| I'm so happy with how the adaptation is going. This is being so funny. Taira funniest character of the show. That shi is so common, like, you go to buy something dressed up so uncool and bad saying that ain’t no way you’re running into someone you know and then you run into a lot of people you know and they see you like this and then you just wanna curl up and die, yep, it happens. That ride on the bike was so adorable, loved the vibes of it. They finally have something in commonnnnnnn. Oh my gosh. This is so cute I’m dying. He should've gone for the kiss, pretty shy ig. HE’S BLUSHING???? That’s a first. |
| "Oh, God, I'm the mush monster! What have I become?" Celeste Perez's delivery here was 10/10. Suzuki's anguish was extremely adorable. Which is a unique feeling now that i've typed it out! The reunion at the convenience store was great, but that bike ride between Tani and Suzuki took the cake as my favorite moment of the episode. What a cute pair. |

| Its such a nice feeling when your close friends and lover gel together & you can all hangout. Also love how Aoi and tani are so similar and giggle between themselves about suzuki. Rare tani happy moments are a delight and suzuki loves to see it. The convenience store part was hilllarious af, taira was being just raided by everyone one after the other, bro got surprised when tani had no comments xD Suzuki dodging made me laugh and also go aww.  It was adorable how he got jelly that suzuki was okay being casual infront of yamada but not him. Suzushiro sayumi does such a phenomenal job of getting out suzukis emotion in all manner. Amazing performance. I understand suzukis logic of being presentable to tani but tani countering that beautifully with his own perspective. Irrespective of how the dish looks like if he likes it doesnt matter to him. Ah you young rizz lord. Also the little exchange of their description with summer and the rain. Totally polar opposites vibes <3 Ofcourse we have a little festival date, the mandatory event for a romcom. It was adorable and inspite of her friends telling her to not go all giddy, suzuki went ham. xD As she should tbh i was like Girl dont hold back, even when she saw the couple being affectionate and then herself holding back while having the same desire inside. Its so realistic but i am glad she enjoyed and didnt let anything ruin the mood.  Happy vibes. Tani then takes her to a higher terrace area for a better view of the fireworks. We almost get a accident closeup "kiss scenario" which suzuki was really up for it. But then tani said something even more beautiful which made me smile. Being together even the next year and also being more closer even it meant something else. I think it was more than enough for suzuki.  Another great episode. Sunday has been blessed again. Also the last panel had me laughing too while suzuki bounced the ball "IT WAS A TOTAL WIN" xD |

Much like how Miyu and Tani are "sort of" like a couple, I can't get enough of just how much she and her brother are "kinda like" siblings. Does he have to laugh that hard? LOL Tani casually bringing up next year's fireworks made my face hurt even more than usual from how hard it made me smile. |

| Suzuki is so adorable... And known by the police. One question, though: Why is it that in Japan you can’t ride on the back of a bike, yet many bikes have racks that seem perfect for a passenger? You might assume they’re for carrying things, but honestly, when’s the last time you saw someone in anime using the back of a bike for cargo? It’s almost always something in the front instead. |

| Time for my anime of the season and perhaps the year!! I can't get over how much I love the OP and ED!! This was such a sweet episode I have to agree with Suzuki!! When it rains, everything gets a distinct earthy smell that smells sooo nice I completely understand how Suzuki feels and wanting to keep Tani's image of her as perfect, but he's such a sweet boy! He's such a sweetie for saying that the way she's dressed doesn't bother him. If someone tells you that in person, they truly mean it. Suzuki looked so cute in her yukata. I love the entire friend group and the awesome dynamics between all of them. I do have to give a special shoutout to Nabe though, she's such a cutie pie. |
