| For free, I'm guessing. Problem is free VPNs are unreliable. It will work perfectly for one site and then completely fail on another. Maybe HolaVPN or other VPN extensions can do that for free. Or, set aside a browser with a VPN for that one site, like Opera which has a VPN. Tor will always change the IP with ease but it's slow and hard to even log into sites this way. Devastatingly powerful tool for trolling stream chats! xD |

| I don't have any experience with this myself, but I do have some friends online who use certain styles of vpns to accomplish this task. |
