Pretty good episode we got to know a bit about the first prince and the cliff hanger at end its something idk what but something for sure .

Continues to be just as stupid as always. Obvious observations treated as brilliant insight, everyone else acting like morons so Noah can look smarter.
Also, how does no one seem to know who Noah is?
Isn't he like kind of a big deal? It takes a full week to receive his birthday presents, people know him. He is the favored son of the emperor.
Also gotta love that his issue with the slavers is not the slavery itself, but the fact they don't have the proper paperwork. Which also kinda makes no sense. If they were working under the orders of the first prince, why didn't the first prince handle the paperwork so they have the proper licenses. He is a prince, he should be able to achieve that much easily, and considering slavery is perfectly legal, there seems to be no reason not to.
And of course the suitable test to see if one makes a good minister is to effectively test them on one (1) bit of legal trivia

Noah saying things like "I will not tolerate betrayal!1!" to a group of all-girl child slaves is a little silly 😬, as is people constantly being like: "😮 wow you're so amazing!".

It's a little much with all the praise, but I like the gradual reveals of the different Princes and their roles and activities.

Not sure if the interest will last if the mystery behind them starts to disappear, but still enjoying mostly so far.

Well, we already knew the First Prince was Shady, so that was no big reveal. Is the Emperor getting ready to do something about it finally?

Timeskip and we see an older Noah. We are introduced to a new maid Gigi. Working the Ministry of Warfare under 4th Prince, Henry. A knight that has been skimming off the top.
A chance encounter with a bunch exposes an underground slavery ring tied to Gilbert the eldest Prince and his shady scheming. The kids are freed and "adopted" by Noah.
Noah is made Minister of Justice and promotes Everlyn to Magistrate / Administrator for a region in Noah fief.

i wonder what that news is that the emperor and his first prime minister were referring to. could it be that they are aware of the first prince's activities and are just gathering info? that old man who didn't rejoice when noah was made minister of justice, is he friend or foe, and was the guy he reported to henry? hmmm....🤔

@chizzie I do agree with you about Noah beaing a big shot but still the common people's not knowing about him .
And the reason I think the first prince didn't give them any licence is because he is taking part in some shady black-market slave deal .

Wise Prince Minister of Justice Noah banzaiiiii banzaiiiii clap clap! Bro's slowly climbing to become the emperor. This MC is refreshing. Stoic and calm, rather than the overly emotional, obnoxiously loud and childish characters that are all too common elsewhere. Not what I was expecting when I had assumed it would be another trash isekaii. Pleasantly surprised by this show.

To be honest, even the bottom-tier animes this season are all pretty decent from what I've seen.

Was this anime made with the help of AI? It looks like the characters were supposed to be eating something else, but then AI replaced all of the food with bread, and now they are eating bread of various sizes with forks and a table knife.
